The report is labeled- Wood destroying pests and organisms inspection report.Yet the inspector went beyond the details/scope of a pest report in the inspection. The inspector even said in the report itself that it was beyond their scope! "The conversion of the garage to useful space is beyond the scope of the inspection." So why step outside of your scope and put that in a pest inspection? The work being done was rehab due to prior tenant/roommate damage but again this is outside the scope of what the report was supposedto entail.The inspector also called out what I believe to be old remnants of pest activity from before the home was tented and fully fumigated to ensure...read full review

Dan was great, a real decent guy. Extremely thorough and professional. The best part was that he was super nice and let me down easy when he gave his findings on my 100+ year old home. I would refer him to friends and family immediately if they ever require his services.

I hired GT Inspects to fix a bunch of dry rots before I proceeded with my seismic retrofit project. Steve came out for an inspection and he was thorough and professional. Chris explained things very clearly over the phone about what the repairs would entail and the next steps. The crew arrived and got everything done on time on budget. It's as drama-free as it gets. I'd definitely hire them again.
