He communicates clearly, provides appointment arrival timelines responsively via phone/text, and was thorough in spraying the treatments which are effective against silverfish, spiders, ants, and other insects. He was very accomodating, too -- I asked him if I could split the appointment into 2 separate days so that I could move items from half of my home out of the way, and this helped a lot.We had previously used Clark Pest Control, which was bought out by a large company, and service quality subsequently became poor.
