Today was hectic from 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM, but I was lucky to speak with Adriana, the Clinic Manager, at 3:50 PM. She managed to fit me in with Katarina for a 5 PM Hydrafacial. From my first call to arriving at My Botox LA, everyone was so welcoming and professional. The location was clean, comforting, and spacious, and my Hydrafacial wasn't rushed. Katie was thorough, informative, and made it one of the best Hydrafacial experiences I've had. Although my wife and I own two medical spas, I couldn't visit ours today, and we don't offer the Hydrafacial at our LA location yet. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and provided a VIP level of care. Dr. Sylvia, in particular, stood out for her dedication. Even though she wasn’t there when I first arrived, she returned specifically to check on me once she learned about my condition.

If I could award Michelin stars to a medical spa, Renu Med Lounge would undoubtedly receive them. The combination of the beautiful ambiance, top-notch professionalism, and the nurturing care from all the staff makes this place truly special. “I had my prostate removed October 2023. I contacted the Novus Center because my health care provider did not provide any rehabilitation or innovative procedures to maximize the healing process.
