Truly incredible. Elizabeth runs a great shop and Hyla was simply wonderful. The whole experience was smooth, from booking to check-in to sitting in the chair to check-out. As smooth as my new face. I mean, It's still my face. But it feels new. That's what I'm trying to say here. I hadn't had a facial in years and I'll absolutely return soon. I highly recommend the enhancements, including the tech massage. I spend far too much time looking down at my phone, and as such, I'm gonna end my review right here.

I've been coming here for almost a year now and it just gets better and better. I have the membership and it's definitely worth it. I always look forward to coming as a treat to myself at the end of a long work week. Im sure the ladies and I all know each other by name at this point lol. Everyone who works here is so lovely, including the owner. They are always all smiles from the moment you walk in. I thought I knew what I was doing with my skincare routine until I started coming here. They do have their own line of amazing products but they never try to push them on you or make you feel like they're salespeople. So great! This was my first facial ever and the employees were very warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of Andrea doing my facial and she was so amazing! She walked me through every step and let me know what each product was for. My skin feels great and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town! 100% recommend!
