This was my first wax. Jessica was amazing. She made the process as painless as possible. She gave great post care advice. I was very satisfied with the results of the waxing. She is great at conversation to distract from the pain. Awesome personality! Loved my experience.

To simply put it, I was sold from the start. They treat you with respect and professionalism. As a cis-male, I was a bit self-conscious about going in for a service. I did not want to come off as a perv to the specialist who provided the waxing service I was interested in (a Brozillian wax). I also Thought the experience would resemble the scene from the movie “The 40-year-old version”. However, I sucked it up and went in. Well, the service went much better than I could ever imagine it, by far, exceeded my expectations. Now I come in every month and I feel great. I visited EWC Studio City for my first wax appointment. I booked it with Jessica. Since it was my first time, I was really nervous. She made sure I felt comfortable and made the process surprisingly painless. She’s also great at recommending products that help. It’s been a year+ later and I still make appointments with her. I’m always happy with the results and haven’t gone anywhere else. Jessica is the best!Also the ladies that check you in and out are very friendly and helpful. :)
