I was lucky enough to work with Kyra and Sofia. Both are equally great at treatment, knowledge in the field, and the art of conversation/customer service.When they went over my bloodwork, I was amazed at the time spent explaining the hormone panel and answering my never ending questions. “So I am a girl who, unfortunately gets hair on her face and it grows back quickly. I found this med spa through a Groupon and decided to give it a shot for my face. I called and booked an appointment and the girl on the phone was so sweet and helpful booking my appointment. I came in yesterday and was warmly welcomed. I presented my voucher and was taken to the back by Elizabeth. This was my first laser treatment ever, and she was so nice and informative and telling me how the process went, how it worked, and what to do after to upkeep. Neither of them push any type of service unless they truly think you need it, which is so refreshing in Los Angeles. I wouldn’t have anyone inject my face unless it were them. Also, I’ve been looking for a great aesthetician for a great facial ever since I’ve moved to Los Angeles and Kat is hands down the best. She is truly so passionate about skin, experienced and takes her time. I hate feeling rushed when I have someone work on my face, never at My Botox LA. This is a place you should definitely try.“
