I am very particular about my hair and haircuts and since making to LA last fall, haven’t had the best luck finding a good barber until now.Entire experience from walking in and being greeted by Jeffrey and the front desk team to the haircut itself was top tier service. The entire team was attentive to my needs from offering water, cold brew, and beer / wine to my barber / stylist Roswell, who took the time to review my hair, asked me questions about what I wanted, and even took the time to pull up pictures to show me recommendations. Hot shave at the end was an awesome touch. Haircut turned out amazing and I walked out feeling great. Definitely a go to in LA for a good cut.“
“I have been going to LIV for more than a year now through Classpass and I could not speak more highly of this small business! The facilities are super clean, the staff are very welcoming and nice, the saunas are spacious, and the cold plunges are deep and COLD. Just a heads up that you'll have to book the sauna and cold plunge sessions separately since they are in different rooms. The sauna rooms have TVs which make the 45 min much more bearable. They also recently built a second cold plunge room, which I think was a great addition since they are probably facing more demand for more cold plunge appointments! Both cold plunge rooms have a shower and users are asked to shower before plunging, which makes me feel at ease that I'm plunging in clean water. The access to the shower is also nice post-plunge to warm back up before returning to your day. Scheduling is very easy. LIV has always accommodated last minute changes (because sometimes life/work gets in the way...) which is very much appreciated. Super excited to see this place grow in even the little time I've been coming and I recommend to anyone looking for a sauna/contrast therapy sesh!“

“I love this spa!! I came in for a sauna and cold plunge session. I was a little nervous about the cold plunge as it was my first time doing it, but Chris coached me through the process by explaining the benefits of it, showing me breathing techniques, and helping me stay in control of my mind throughout the 3 minutes I was in the tub. I absolutely loved the cold plunge and can’t wait to do it again. I do recommend that you bring a swimsuit or some clothes that you don’t mind getting wet for the tub, and a change of clothes to change into once you’ve showered! In addition, the installations are pristine, beautiful and the building has parking included! I highly recommend this Med Spa and will be coming back!“
