I had an eye exam at the March Office. The front desk staff were very attentive, the technician was very professional and patient with all my questions. I've never had problems with my eyes and I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. I saw Dr. Joseph Zeiter and he was excellent. Thank you Zeiter Eye for your excellent care.

If I had read any of the overwhelmingly negative reviews before becoming a patient at Zeiter Eye, I would never have gone there and would have missed out on what was a positive experience with excellent results. I had cataract surgery in both eyes about 10 days apart. It went smoothly and followup care was 'right on time', an expression in my community that means 'as hoped for'. Dr. Zeiter was not overly personal but he was professional and respectful. I'm female, African American, and in my late seventies. So, I enter most new spaces with a healthy dose of circumspection. The Doctor and Staff at Zeiter Eye Stockton, CA were all very kind and efficient. I had a hard time in the pre-op, but the Technician was very patient with me. The Doctor is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Cataract Surgery on my right eye, was considered a "complex case", all the surgical staff were great. I won't be nervous for my surgery on my left eye.
