Fantastic office! Professional yet engaging from the doctor to his assistants. Very helpful. I felt Dr. Klopping was extra thorough having me come back to dilate my eyes after an inconclusive glaucoma test. I needed to have a driver since I'm uncomfortable with dilated eyes. The gals were very helpful in my search for frames, as well.

I've been coming to Dr. Klopping for years. Him and his team are amazing. They remember my family and I, even the smallest details. Today I went for my annual exam and I had to get new glasses because I needed a new prescription and the two girls who are always there told me "we got a new pair in that you have to try on. When we got them we thought of you because they are yellow" (my favorite color). It always so amazing and pleasant coming in to see them. I'll never go anywhere else.

Excellent service! Dr. Klopping was great, and so were the ladies in the office. When my glasses were taking longer to arrive than expected, Randi called to keep me updated on their status. Both she and Joni offered wonderful service helping me find the right glasses and making sure I was getting what I needed. I definitely recommend this office.
