I recently came to this location because I needed some work pants altered. My work no longer offers that service for employees, so forced to do it on my own. I'm local to this place and decided to give it a shot. They we were able to get what i needed done within just a few days. Paid a fair price for what I needed and the owners seemed very nice. No one said anything to me, but apparently you'll need your printed ticket at the time of pickup or else the lady will give you a hard time. I didn't know so she let me go for now. I'd consider returning for future alterations.
Recently got a wax and Lisa was great. She was quick and precise. I am very picky with my eye brows and she got it perfectly. Very nice and made me feel comfortable. Would come back again.

I came for an eye exam today and it was a great experience! The staff was both friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The Optometrist, Dr Lee-Kim was extremely kind and very thorough. She answered all of my questions and I left knowing my eye health had been prioritized. Then, I was able to select a new frame for my new pair of glasses. I had a great experience, and I was assisted with the ordering process by the Optician. Overall, I would rate my experience in this optometry office as a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!!
Walked in off the street at 9am on a gray Saturday and Winnie was the ray of light that made this Pella experience worth reviewing. I came armed with an architect’s 20 plus pages of notes and she patiently and graciously walked me through with both a depth of knowledge and an ease of exchange that never made me feel stupid or like her patience was waning even though we both knew it was not my “last question”. She is a testimony to the brand and this location. Thank you Winnie!

It's so hard to find the right combination of a talented hairstylist and a friendly salon. I'm happy to say I finally found it as I am always pleased every time I walk out of the salon!

We LOVE Karen at Shaggy Monkey! My son had a really bad 1st haircut experience at Snip-Its. He left there with an uneven bowl cut and some childhood trauma (right before his 1st birthday)... yikes. Karen has helped erase my son's fears of the chair and clippers, and he always leaves Shaggy Monkey with a great new doo'. She is very gentle, patient, talented, and kind. I can't recommend this salon enough! There is free street parking nearby, but parking can be challenging depending on the time of day.
I am leaving this review from my husband's yelp since we share an account, but I had my first curly cut with Alexis a few months back and it went great! My next appointment is tomorrow and I'm excited! Alexis was so friendly, and informative and answered all the questions I had about taking care of my hair. I didn't like wearing my hair natural before because of the way it was cut at a regular salon but now I love wearing it natural. I love the cut she gave me, and I would definitely recommend coming here!
Pamela is a hair genius. She is unbelievably talented, thoughtful, and her aesthetic is unmatched. I have been getting my hair cut by her for almost 10 years and I will never stop. She is an artiste with her scissors and a friend to confide in when you are in her chair. Our hair is a part of our spirit and I only trust pamela to cut/style my hair.

There are wonderful barbers at Ben's!!! But Sheila has cut my hair twice and I was really amazed at the attention she gives to every inch of my hair. I always try to schedule her when I'm going to get a haircut. The others are pretty good too, but Sheila seems to do it just right for me!
I went in today to get my dad a birthday gift certificate because he always talks about how much he loves going here to get a face shave and hair cut. Everyone was so nice, and so kind and helpful and I walked out understanding why my dad likes it here so much. Also from a girl perspective, SUPER clean and felt like a movie set! Good vibes!

I have been coming here for over ten years and a review is way overdue. I absolutely love this salon and recommend all locals to come here. I have never had a bad experience, not one infection in all of the years I have patronized this place. My tech of choice is Tracy and the runner up is Becky, the owner. Both ladies are a delight and tend to your needs as requested. I have never been disappointed with the final product. I definitely recommend an appointment as I don't see walk-ins the way they used to get them before COVID. Also, please bring cash unless you're ok paying a service charge for using a card. Parking is ample on the street. Tons of colors to choose from. Very sanitary and reasonable pricing.
Booked a spontaneous appointment with IE nails. Irene was amazing. She was not only kind and easy to talk to, but she has great attention to detail. She was very meticulous and made sure to take her time. I wasn't sure about my color choice and when I told Irene the colors I liked, she was able to give me suggestions. I loveeee my nails! First time trying this gem today for an impromptu gel x set and gel pedi. The quality and attention to detail was incredible. Cathy was so thoughtful and asked exactly what I wanted and she delivered an amazing set! Natalie did my gel pedi and also was so nice and did a great job. I've been coming to Tinzee for many years now and, although though these owner's are new, the quality and customer service is the reason that, whenever I am in Pasadena, I make sure to book a spa mani/pedi! My mani/pedi picture is a week old, so you can see how it looks even after a week later! If only Tinzee would expand to the Central Coast! Highly recommend them!

Just started coming here not too long ago. Michelle is super knowledgeable about what she does/what her approach will be when it comes to addressing any skin concerns. This is the first place I've gone to where I feel well informed of what is being recommended to me while also being educated on how I can reach my skincare goals. I was able to do a facial and a picosure laser treatment for my hyperpigmentation- haven't noticed too much re: hyperpigmentation just yet but my skin looks brighter already and there is a slight diff with my pores. I'm excited to continue getting my treatments here and finally be working with someone who cares about the services being provided- thanks Michelle for being great! Excited to see more results !
You know what they say 'hair free is care free' and no one can make it as clean, painless and professional as Carla. She is so knowledgeable about Brazilian waxing. She even spends the time to educate you on how she removes the hair in the correct direction. She explained the hair cycles and aftercare to prevent ingrown hairs which was one of the main reasons I hated shaving.
I went in there because from the outside it looks like a cute antique store! As I walked in I noticed it was also a salon. Store is very cute, beautiful jewelry, the owner is very friendly and polite. I got a few of her jewelry pieces and her price’s are very reasonable! She even gifted me a jewelry piece. ?

This is the closest electrolysis place to me, and it's a good one! Adriana works hard to deliver good results. She's great with conversation, too.I've had my underarms and pubic hair electrolyzed by her with great success. In fact, I only have a few hairs left in those areas now. I probably come back just three or four times a year for now.Looking forward to working with her in the future!

An impulsive visit with friend as we passed through Fremont. Very glad we stopped. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon for them. Lucky for us. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. She's been working there for 10 years. The atmosphere is calming, quiet and pleasant. Yes, music in the room but it was low key, piano and very relaxing. I'm rather particular about that. Often I prefer total quiet as opposed to muzak. This choice worked well for me. Decorations were attractive and far from loud or trashy. The tree picture at reception I'd not have minded on a wall myself... Super clean and tidy in the rooms and washroom. My masseuse was perfect for me. I should have got her name. By the time I was leaving I'd forgotten my own so never got around to it! I've a few niggles going on. She listened well and was careful around my neck area. Asked me should she leave my head out of the equation (yes please). And was concerned about my super cold feet which she warmed up nicely. It's a rare thing to find that attention to detail in casual spas. This place really takes things to the next level - or two. The hour passed beautifully slowly ($60 per person), extending my pleasure. Friend said he'd fallen asleep twice. Not usual for him at all. We took that as an extra! At the end lovely hot towels were used to remove all traces of body oil (non scented and un-fussy). A welcome surprise. I wish King Spa was more local to me. I'd love to use it every few weeks for my mind and body. It is a professional, caring and well managed spa with two excellent ladies I enjoyed the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommended. A rare find, at least in my experience.
Went with three friends and felt pampered. We loved how they guide you on what steps to follow with the jacuzzi, sauna and more. Their guidance plus with the scrub and massage in between made it extra impactful on our bodies. The facility is cool. Loved all the touches!!! Can't wait to return!!!

Just the best dental experience anywhere. I moved away and make it a point to come back just to use this dental office. I was sad to contemplate Dr. Wilson’s retirement but Dr Harringer is a perfect replacement in waiting. I even convinced my sister to use Dr Harringer and she Flies In For THE DAY to visit him as her dentist!
I have been here several times and the cost of any treatment i've had is criminal. I love my dentist there but am appalled at what the dental profession charges. In my opinion everyone should have affordable access to a dentist. I got dental insurance, however am not eligible for anything beyond preventive care for twelve months. I find this to be downright mean
I first met them at my gym, F45, as they were giving free chiropractic mini sessions. Because of Dr. Durke's attentiveness to my neck pain needs, I decided to give them a try. I've been consistently seeing them for chiro as well as acupuncture for 2 months now and I'm noticing more improvement. Although they are out of network, I continue to see them because of the quality service. Would definitely recommend.
I was skeptical and scared of seeing a chiropractor for my lower back pain. Two visits to Dr. Vitullo later and I finally feel relief after 3 months of pain. He walked me through his credentials and showed me what he was attempting to do with his adjustments. Mostly, he reassured me that I was safe and that I was in good hands. Happy to report that Dr. Vitullo has provided me with the ability to get back to living life pain free!

I appreciate the services I've been receiving from Aldana Chiropractic. I've tried both Chiro and Accu services so far, and I'm definitely experiencing physical relief. I had previously sought medical attention from 5 different Physicians looking for answers for my symptoms. It appears my symptoms are pretty rare, so the doctors didn't know what to do, and suggested a "wait and see" approach. I'm glad I found Aldana Chiropractic because not only do I feel seen and heard, but they've been adopting a Whole Body approach to address my condition. I enjoy that they explain/break down information in terms that I understand. Also the front desk staff is very communicative and welcoming since the very beginning! Definitely recommend this practice.

My experience with Joe Smith was amazing. I came in with a very painful, restricting neck pain. It was difficult to sleep and even more difficult to drive. In one session the pain and mobility restrictions were gone. His treatment not only addressed my problem but he also explained why I was having the problem and gave me some simple stretching exercises to help prevent the problem from returning. All done with an incredible bedside manner. I seldom post reviews but my experience with Joe and the 360 Wellness Group was exceptional.
The entire staff was ultra friendly and accommodating. A very professional atmosphere with my health and well being a top priority. I wish that I would have found this place years ago but thankful I was referred to them.
This is a great business. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional whether you need an appointment, prescription refill, or just have a question, they are there to help. Our veterinarian was Dr Navia. She is a superb clinician, has great surgical skills and is very gentle with animals. She treated our dog for a bad heart valve and heart failure over a couple of years. When his disease progressed and we decided on euthanasia to prevent suffering she was very skillful at the procedure and provided us emotional support as well. Everyone at the facility is service oriented. You will never feel like you are bothering them and never feel like they are in it for the money. A simply great group of people. As a retired family doctor I give them my best recommendation,

I wish I could give this place 1 Million stars. Here’s why: I’m from out of the area (house & cat sitting for the week) and start getting pre-migraine symptoms. I know a good, deep-tissue massage is the only thing getting me off that train. I submit a request for an appointment with Conny who’s highly reviewed/recommended and the only female massage therapist. Within a half hour, I get a text from the office. So big points for prompt response! They regret to say that it’s Conny’s day off and her first available is the following week. I’m crushed cuz I need treatment ASAP. But I understand because I can’t expect to get a same day appt and would never expect anyone to come in on their day off. So I let them know I appreciate the prompt reply, and ask to be put on Conny’s waitlist, in case she gets a cancellation. At this point I assume I’ll need to try someplace else. And then miracle of miracles, they text me no less than 5 minutes later and say Conny said she’ll come in on her day off to treat me at 3:30. I nearly cried. I go in for my appointment. Conny is this sweet young gal who I want to hug because I’m just so thankful relief is in sight. She gives me one of the best massages I have ever had. And also shows me a good stretch for my piriformis. I left feeling amazing and slept through the night. Headache free!!!! Thank you Conny for being the caring angel God sent to treat me in my hour of need!!! God bless you!!!
Excellent therapeutic body work massage. Not just a basic massage but quality work. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their money's worth. In response to Andrea who met the owner outside of her shop, throughout the years I have witnessed many dog owners who are visiting the VCA Veterinarian next door who walk their dogs over to the Massage Center and allow them to relieve themselves there and don't clean up behind them. I know that the owner of the Center is a dog owner and would never do that.
It was my first prenatal massage and it was exactly what I needed to relax. Thank you to yoyo for her peace and relaxation. She applied a soft pressure and it was great! Normally I do medium to hard pressure but I really enjoyed the softness of pressure with the prenatal style.
