The last time I got a full facial (extractions and all the things) was pre-pandemic, so I knew my skin was begging to be taken care of again. Michelle did a quick close-up of my skin and made suggestions of what facial she recommended and explained why. I felt she was knowledgeable, and I decided to try it out. The facial itself was relaxing aside from the extractions, of course, but I was already prepared to have her work on me. I felt she was very thorough and made sure that I had a chance to take a break if needed. At the end of the first visit, I ended up purchasing a package for a total of 10 visits. I've been going to Michelle for years, and I wanted to update my review just to say that I'm still a loyal customer and that she's saved my skin. She is a thorough extractionist, and thanks to her, I no longer have to cover up acne with gross heavy makeup. Michelle can look at your skin and assess what you need. She's truly an expert in beauty.

I continuously to go to beauty 101 for the past five years! For all my beauty needs I only go to Michele, during the pandemic Michele always keep she shop super clean. Recently I did my eyebrows.
