I can't say enough about Doctor Anderson, she has an amazing personality such a great disposition with children. She is very helpful and goes over and beyond with her patients and the parents. We felt heard and understood and everything was explained to us by her. She really cares about her patients. Love her service, I would recommend her to everyone. But, some of your Phone agents are not helpful and the wait time is ridiculous. A callback is pointless when they put you on a relay from one agent to another. You definitely need to find a way where the client can access the doctor Or the doctor's nurse. Using the my chart app sends emails but, the doctor doesn't get the emails right a way and if you have a quick question about updating some medication that the pharmacy is requiring, you can not get any access to your doctor.

Urgent Care closes at “5:00pm” they said over the phone! I got here at 435 and my son can’t be seen so they send me all the way to Whittier and im using Uber as transportation! This is ridiculous! That’s why I called to confirm he could be seen!

Worst customer service. The wait time to make an appointment was 2 hours and 30 mins. Every time I got closer to being the next person on the call time was added again and again. I don’t understand what the issue is and why the service is so slow and so bad.
