Just when you think Kaiser couldn't get any worst it just as did. I needed to pick up some medication as expected the pharmacy lines were long with 45 minutes wait time. There were approximately 5 employees who had no sense of urgency. I place my order and proceed to wait my turn in line once my name appear on the screen. Once I finally reach the window I was informed my medication was out of stock. That was 45 minutes in line wasted they could have simply inform me once the pharmacist realized they were unable to fill my prescription. It would have token them a second. They have zero regards for member time . The clerk did assist with calling other pharmacies but the head Pharmacist VONG LONG could care less. Taking into consideration all the money Kaiser continues to make from their members you would think they would be more respectful of one's time and more efficient employees.

The facility itself is a great one! Especially everything they have under one roof! The doctors in the other hand especially Dr. Irene Valencia, M.D. is always canceling on her appointments! It is always last minute the day before appointment or so! Just not right because they want us to book ahead weeks so I think it is unprofessional and not courteous of a doctor canceling without enough notice! Dr. Irene Valencia this is the second time doing so!

Unfair practice of only allowing 1 parent in the examination room is not ethical and increases miscommunication. I am being denied the right to engage in care for my daughter and to further educate myself when it comes to child care. Kaiser needs to re-visit their policies on allowing 1 parent to be present during medical appointments regardless of Covid restrictions. I want to be present for all of my daughter's appointments and we should not be restricted from being present.
