The best doctor I know but the worst receptionist you have to regardless to give you an authorization and it takes a month if not longer when the authorization takes a maximum of a week

I tried calling today to make an appointment. They said the doctor only takes appointments in the morning, then why do you post office hrs until 5pm? ( by the way don't try calling past 4 - they don't even take calls) . Please avoid this place unless you want to take a whole day off to accommodate to their hrs. They should be adjusting to customers needs not the other way around. Doctor, please remember you are working in healthcare, not a city job you can close in the morning.

Impossible to get a hold of. Don't know why they keep accepting new patients when they don't even answer the phones for their current patients. Also, there's no attending physician at this clinic. The NP told me that the doctor who's name is attached to this clinic never sets foot in this location.
