“My faucet was frozen in an awkward place and wouldn't move. They came out with a better faucet replacement. John was very knowledgeable, polite, informative and had a great smile. He went the extra mile and put in a soap dispenser we had because we couldn't get under the sink. He laid down a clean cloth on the floor, put everything back in it's place, cleaned up and thanked me with a hand shake.
