“The staff was super friendly, caring, and answered my questions without me feeling like I was being rushed out. They took their time with me. No wait time.“
“Dr patel was very kind and made my son a comfortable as possible .
Brought it in my son 1 hour before closing on a Sunday. We were in and out in 20 minutes. The rest of the staff was super friendly and did not make the visit feel rushed“
“I knew about the clinic from shopping at Northgate but I never thought about if it accepted my insurance or not, I was unable to get into the regular urgent care clinic that I usually go so I figured I would give it a try.
Thank god I was able to be seen the same day (My ear has been killing me) Now I’m on the road to recovery! (I’ll definitely be back) Not too soon though I hope LOL :)“
“I love this place! It's so cozy inside and the staff is compassionate and friendly. I was seen soon after coming in and Dr. Nair set me up with a treatment. I feel better already“
“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. I really appreciated her help and just wanted to give credit where it is due. Thank you Stephanie!“
“This place is so close to the house I decided to give it a try. Didn't even wait an hour so came at a good time (after 5pm on a Tues). The receptionist was polite and told me what to do. It's really nice inside so don't let the outside fool you. The MA/nurse who took me back was very nice and listened to what i said and had a sense of humor too! I was seen by the doctor VERY quickly who was super cool. She eased all my concerns and answered my questions and gave me advice. Unfortunately i didnt catch her name. She made time for me instead of brushing me off. And the next day when I needed my visit notes faxed to my PCP the person did it immediately while I was on the phone! I would definitely come here again. Minimal parking because its on a busy street but clean bathrooms!“
“everyone was very helpful and polite with my process and getting me checked out and it wasn't busy“
“Everyone here is very friendly ❤️ the Dr really spends time with you show concern and care?❤️? I’m blessed to have such a loving Dr I recommend Dr ?“
“Staff are super helpful and friendly! Wait time was so short! I left feeling confident in the help that we received!“
“I saw Dr. Tran because I had a very irritating rash after surgery from two weeks ago. I was pretty anxious but her energy, friendliness, and obvious expertise relieved me greatly. We arrived around 9 a.m. on Saturday and were home by 10 a.m. Such a great experience. Everyone was very nice. Checking in was easy. My son and daughter-in-law had been there before for various things, and spoke highly of them. I recommend them wholeheartedly.“
“Dr. Kahen is such a caring dr. I love him, he is thorough completely. I have a serious health issue and I have all my trust in him healing my body. Excellent staff as well. Everyone is overwhemed these days it seems...and going to drs visits can be scary and confusing. I really love Dr. Kahan and his team.“
“Despite them being extremely busy, Evelin was able to answer all my questions. She did not rush me with any of her answers and was extremely patient. Was worried about coming to this location but would certainly come back if I ever need to.“
“Went here for an ear infection and they were all very nice. Provider helped me and they all made sure I was comfortable. Don't know why there's so many bad reviews. Went to way worse for what the reviews say.“
“They were amazing! The Dr saw me right away and advised of my issue within 10 mins. I would go back to them with any medical issue!!“
“excellent wait time.. friendly staff , small office though thank you nurse Monica and christina for attending my family with kindness and professionalism your awesome !!!“
“I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country. Many thanks to Dr. Andrade, Nurse Monica G, Stephanie Pech, Dr. Thompson, and especially Dr. Nguyen for making navigating the health care process so much easier than anywhere I've ever been. I was previously having some scheduling issues with MemorialCare, but they have a new app that is extremely helpful to allow you to book with providers any time. MemorialCare has done a fantastic job adapting to the needs of patients who work and making healthcare more accessible. I'm so grateful for the support of MemorialCare!“
“Love this place the dr are so kind and the wait is never long this has got to be the best experience at the doctors a person could have“
“Thank you Dr. Allen and to his amazing team for taking care of me today. No wait time Ari and Lucia super friendly and welcoming.“
“I visited the lab on Bellflower to have my quarterly labs drawn. My name was called a couple minutes after I sat down. I was greeted by Debbie Smith. She got my tubes ready and talked to me while doing so. She had a bright friendly smile. Before I knew it she was putting a bandaid on snd I felt nothing! Best blood draw ever!! Debbie is friendly, caring and a bright light in the lab. Thanks Debbie you made a dreaded visit bearable!“
“We love Dr. Allen!! My mom gets better care with him than her own PCP specially being a senior with immunodeficiency and being asthmatic on top of that. We will alway come back to him cause he takes his time to explain things and make us feel heard! Yes wait time is a little long but it’s Urgent care not a scheduled appointment.“
“I've had to visited this urgent care several times in the past 5-6 years, for various ailments, and have always had a very positive experience with the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, almost all if not all, remember to introduce themselves, greet you by name, and are kind and considerate. When I left yesterday, as I passed the open office where the nurses and other staff sit, they all stopped to say goodbye. Who does that now a days? And, I love that there is a pharmacy on site, so I don't have to go far to pick up my prescription or if there is ever a problem with it (there hasn't been), it's easy for them to communicate with the MD/NP.“
“Sandy was a great medical assistant. She was patient with my drug screening. I wasn't able to go on the spot she had good patient service.“
“Office experience was good even though we had to wait almost two hours just to get seen but overall wry helpfull“
“we had no waiting and received wonderful care. The doctor was very concerned with my husband's condition and spent a good deal of time explaining how to avoid it in the future. He even called my cell on the weekend to see how he was doing and send in another prescription. I was amazed and very grateful for his care.“
“My wife and I went to Willow Urgent Care for a couple of years when we had Anthem Blue Cross, at least up until the end of 2011 when my employer dropped my insurance in favor of Kaiser. At the time, we were members of the Memorial Healthcare IPA the group that ran WUC, so that made it convenient because we live nearby. When I had back problems I went to Willow Urgent Care's affiliate, Willow Wellness Center. Located just north, down Temple and within walking distance, it has also closed down for good (WWC had some great physical therapists--very motivational). We went to Willow Urgent Care for flu shots, an injury to the head, my wife's injury from a fall, and basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) surgery (it's true, and the doctor dug it all out--ow). In the back of the building they had a sort of separate facility for surgeries and whatnot--very convenient. We mostly had no problems at WUC, except my wife had some because the physician-type person failed to understand that her more severe injury was in her leg, not her arm (long story mercifully short). The waiting room was rendered more bearable because of the DVD player that played G-rated movies and documentaries. Oh well, goodbye Willow Urgent Care. I hope a new tenant arrives pronto (wouldn't it suck if it turned out to be United HealthCare, the parent of the company that bought out Memorial Healthcare IPA?). We're screwed no matter what anyway.“
