My trainer, Dustin, helped me lose fat, gain muscle, worked out a weekly meal plan for me, and most importantly helped me gain my confidence back with lifting and in the gym overall. Semi-private & group sessions were always filled with knowledge, fun and challenges that resulted in GAINZ ! He's also very flexible and great at communicating, because my schedule is a bit hectic. “I used to dislike burpees, running, and squats.
Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.
The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.

“If you need Physical Therapy, go here! I have been to 3 Physical Therapy offices in the last year. The other two weren't bad, but I didn't feel that I was progressing as quickly as desired. A friend referred me to Body Solutions, and I am so thankful!. Julie truly has magic hands! I have a rare issue (TOS), causing severe issues in my arm, chest and shoulder and recently had surgery. I was scheduled in quickly and the staff is incredible! The owners Julie and Ish, and the entire Staff, are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The other patients are recovering from a myriad of surgeries and injuries. They are very busy, and all work as a team to support the patients. I have been going for 5 weeks and have major improvements. I will definitely return for future injuries.“

“I have never written a yelp review, but I think Muscles for Me deserves my time to do this. I started strength training with Cari at Muscles for Me late June 2021. I am a senior citizen with tennis elbow in both arms, back, knee and foot issues, etc. I needed lots of consideration for injuries. I had not been able to go to the gym during Covid. I had managed to lose some weight but unfortunately, I felt I suddenly lost all my collagen and muscle tone so everything was sagging. At my age, I wasn't sure I could even do the work or make a difference but I had to try. I certainly didn't feel comfortable going back to the gym yet. This business has been perfect for me. It allows me time in the gym of Cari's creation with just her & I in the building. I feel safe and I look forward to this time. Cari helped me gradually work through my issues without any injuries or setbacks. Her focus on correct form is what makes this possible. “I've been training with Jolin for 7 months now. I came to him with the goal of getting my weight back up and putting muscle back on. Though we initially focused on strength and power, I have gotten so much more from him and our training. He implemented plyometrics, mobility, sprints--to name a few-- to help me become an overall better athlete on top of my original goal. His vast knowledge, professional experience, and unique variety of equipment and exercises has expanded my own knowledge and definition of training. I am now closer than ever to my desired weight/goal, and the work we have put in in the gym has shown direct results on the basketball court.
