“We had nine windows and 2 large sliding glass doors installed with American Deluxe. The installation team (Carlos, Jose and Fernando) was excellent. They arrived right on time and took their time to get the windows right and working smoothly. Also did a good job at cleaning everything up. The city inspector said they did a very neat and good job. The initial bid was a little higher than my other two bids, but Ark agreed to lower the price to match them. Ark was also agreeable to my request to change the install date. I really wanted frosted glass in one; it was available, but custom order and took a while. They said "if it's what you want, get what you want." They were so patient while I made my decision.
It did take a while. But it's been 6+ years now, and I am still happy every time I use the door. It was EXACTLY what I wanted for the space.
I also bought lock sets. They are distinctive, sorta retro/ modern. I liked them so much, I replaced front door with the same. They still get compliments - visitors, neighbors, even the delivery drivers.
