We had to replace our patio door and after a long search for a contractor and reviewing customer comments of many different companies, we chose American Delux Windows and Doors for this project. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would! From the first contact with Ark he was quick to respond to all our questions, he was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and professional. Everything he promised was performed flawlessly and ahead of time. The price was reasonable and fair. The installation team under Guillermo's supervision was extremely professional and efficient. After they finished the installation, they left the area spotless. We requested to get a city permit which the installation team obtained and after completion of the project, when the city inspector came to check the work, he was very impressed from the quality of the sliding doors and the installation. It was a pleasure doing business with American Delux Windows and Doors and we could not be happier we selected them. We highly recommend this company and we will definitely choose them again for future projects.

So I first contacted "Ark" from American Deluxe Windows in December 2023, with some general questions about maybe in the future getting some windows installed on my rental property. Ark was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional spite of this just being a phone call. I told him I would get back to him. So, in the interim, I got two actual estimates and I waited to call Ark last. Well, Ark not only beat the other's estimates by about 20% (without me even revealing the other's prices), but his company has "way better reviews." He was straightforward with no BS or typical nonsense sales person pressure tactics. We then signed the deal, and he ordered the windows, which arrived before schedule (April 2024). He then had his crew installed them as promised, without damaging the custom window shutters, and they look and function amazing! Ark, his brother Vic, and his crew are very responsive, clean, extremely professional, and do excellent work. I highly recommend American Deluxe Windows. Thanks Ark!!

We used American Deluxe Windows and Doors to have a window leading to our patio converted to a door. We shopped around quite a bit before going with these guys and are so happy we did! Ark, the general manager was super patient with my endless questions and provided a fair price without a hard sell. The guys who did the install were fast, meticulous, thoughtful and just good guys in general. Everyone was very communicative throughout, responding to emails swiftly and showing up on time. Was a great experience working with this company!
