I can only make positive remarks about the owner Jacob. No one I've worked with was as knowledgeable and helpful as him when it came to choosing the right product. It's not like going to Home Depot where you are on your own. There are certain things that are beyond the average consumers knowledge that Jacob helped out in noting, such as proper sizing and fit, proper material for weather, and overall style with the look of my home. Our house has unique sizing that required special attention to detail. Jacob personally came to our home to make sure the sizing was exact for manufacture. Our contractor recommended that we visit Artistic Design - Doors & Windows in Van Nuys to purchase the Emtek locks and doorbell for our custom door. Jocab Ebriani and his wife were very knowledgeable and helpful in making our selection. The waiting time for the beautifully crafted bronze locks and matching door bell was less than two weeks compared to ten weeks from other distributors we had contacted.The logo for their business noted, "You Dream it, We Build it!." Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with the personal service and would recommend Artistic Design to anyone considering remodeling, it is a must stop!
