“I've been wearing glasses since I was a child. To me, IQ Optical is one of the best places. I discovered them a year ago, and so far, I've had two vision exams there, and I purchased four glasses which I like very much. They offer excellent service, good prices, and decent frames. What I find striking is their attitudes and the way the procedures are carried out. They work in an unhurried manner but they won't waste a minute of your time or theirs. When they are with you, they are a hundred per cent with you, no distractions. Usually, I feel nervous during vision exams, but not with them. The first time I was examined by Jennifer Bui, DO, and then by a new optometrist whose name I don't know. In both cases Linda assisted them. I admired their perfect teamwork. “I broke my glasses this morning and had to get them fixed or replaced immediately to begin to study for my test tomorrow. It was pretty late; I think it was around 6 PM, and no other optical store but this one was open. I was all over the place, panicking and worrying that the replacement was going to take a few days or weeks to finish, but luckily, this place had my new glasses ready within an hour of ordering them. The worker there was very patient with me, gave me suggestions of what looked good on me, and provided clear instructions -- so overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is in need of new glasses. It was $430 total, about $200 for the frame and $200 for the lense.“
“Don't walk run!!! I cannot recommend Eye Love Optical enough. Value, customer service and urgency is above all. I had a pair of designer glasses that more than a handful of repair shops turned down. Owner stared at it for 30 seconds, went to the back & came back with a nearly brand new pair of glasses. Owner & his associate were extremely kind, accommodating and very patient. I ordered a pair of custom colored lenses on a pair of designer sunglasses and they returned it in an even better condition than they were dropped off. I was carless at the time and they arranged a delivery. “Gary put in transition lenses for me into a new pair of frames I bought. After a few days of indecisiveness, I ended up buying the same frames but a tad bit smaller.(46mm v 44mm) Without wanting to waste these lenses, who do I call? That's right, Gary. Ghostbusters have nothing on this man! He was able to cut down the lenses and transfer them into the other frame within a couple hours. Mind you, I'm a new customer and he's been treating me like a family member. Even answered the phone on a day he was closed. I'm happy to have found a gentleman like Gary for any of my optical needs.“

“I bought a pair of glasses with progressive lenses from a custom lab before I moved to California. They were perfect, but unfortunately, the frames broke. So, I went to three different places over two years to find replacements but none of the glasses matched the quality of my original pair. After doing some research, I realized that the poor results were due to fitting and manufacturing issues. Nowadays, most glasses are manufactured in central labs, which eliminates the personal touch required for working with progressives. So, I started looking for a place with an in-house lab and found Optometric Cafe in Beverly Hills. Although it was a bit out of my way, I decided to give them a try. When I called for an appointment, I spoke with Morteza, the owner, who was kind and pleasant. He quickly scheduled my exam and personally handled the fitting and measurement process. When I received my glasses, the quality was incredible, which confirms the importance of fitting and measurements. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience at Optometric Cafe and highly recommend them to anyone with a tricky glasses prescription.“
