“Gary put in transition lenses for me into a new pair of frames I bought. After a few days of indecisiveness, I ended up buying the same frames but a tad bit smaller.(46mm v 44mm) Without wanting to waste these lenses, who do I call? That's right, Gary. Ghostbusters have nothing on this man! He was able to cut down the lenses and transfer them into the other frame within a couple hours. Mind you, I'm a new customer and he's been treating me like a family member. Even answered the phone on a day he was closed. I'm happy to have found a gentleman like Gary for any of my optical needs.“

“This Americas Best --this is best location. Keely is the general manager there. I have been with this company for five years I used to work in Burbank so that's the location I went to. I love them so much and was always happy until the last visit over there. I had an exam with very bad vision they knew that, so I wanted a pair of sunglasses and glasses. So ordered the glasses drove all the way over there to pick them up and they had made a mistake and gave both pairs of glasses with single vision so I was upset because I was gonna have to come back for a second time and I did and they were still wrong. I was going to have to go back a third time and that's when I lost it. The doctor did the exam put in the wrong prescription and the person that helped me the same person I don't want to mention names because the whole location is horrible and that was the worst experience. I had them ship it to Northridge, so when I went for the THIRD time they were correct. Keely cleaned up their mess and did a great job taking care of me so now my faith is restored with Americas best because of the management and attention that I received there It was gonna be my last time ever going there and now that's gonna be my new location because being a great company, they are.
