“I had deck drains that went from the backyard to the front yard that were full of tree roots. About 19 years ago I had the pool built and never thought of tree roots penetrating the pipes . George Carlos and Jacob all worked diligently to clear out not only the roots from inside the pipe but also having to chip away at tree roots surrounding the pipes. “27 years ago we managed to buy the only wood house in our Franklin, TN neighborhood. It is now almost 50 years old. Need I say more? Well, besides exterior maintenance demands, we also inherited old pipes and plumbing that have only gotten older with time. On a septic system, we began to have inside back up issues from scaly iron build up to roots that seemed to be intruding everywhere. Several reputable plumbing companies offered an expensive solution; replace the pipes, specifically the main line that runs from underneath our slab to our septic. Mark was so professional and informative that I gave him the green light to proceed. His crew arrived right on time with state of the art equipment.
