“I had a major water leak in my home on a Sunday afternoon, and they immediately came over to locate the source of the leak and to turn it off. I had them out three more times to do additional repairs including a water shutoff to the house while leaving the sprinkler line on. I am very happy with their customer service. “Streamline Plumbing saved our lives! We have an extensive landscape drainage system all around our property. For years it has been backing up and flooding the house with all the downpours through winter. Multiple plumbing companies have tried unsuccessfully to clear them but never worked. “I noticed a leak outside my townhome that was dripping right above my garage. I contacted Mr. Rooter the next day and Mariah was able to get someone to come out immediately to check out the issue. John B. was the plumber sent out to us and he was absolutely fantastic. The leak turned out to be a major issue since we weren't able to immediately identify the source. John was honest with us every step of the way and suggested we contact our homeowners insurance to get quotes prior to him continuing more work. We eventually requested for John to come back out and he fixed the issue. A lot of stucco had to be broken but John never complained or gave up - eventually finding the source of the leak! It was such a small pinhole leak that was causing the issue. He replaced the old copper piping and we haven't had any issues since. Tanya was also amazing throughout the process. She coordinated the stucco repair with an outside repairman, Fernando, who also did an amazing job. Tanya was patient with my changing schedule and limited timeline and I'm just so grateful. Overall, highly recommend working with Mr. Rooter for any of your plumbing issues! Everyone I worked with here made a stressful situation much more manageable. They're honest and go above and beyond to help you get things done correctly!“
