“I've always used George Allen. A year ago they replaced my long time water pressure regulator, which had failed. Inexplicably, the brand new Watts regulator they installed gradually stopped working properly after just one year. I called them, and Tyler came right out. He determined that the regulator was defective and ordered a new one.When that one arrived a few days later, they immediately came out with it. Before installing the replacement, the tech partially disassembled the poorly functioning regulator to see if it were clogged with debris. It wasn't, so he installed the replacement, which works perfectly now. These regulators typically last for many years, so I should be all set now.Notably, this was called a warranty repair, so there were no charges for the part or labor. “So we had a underground water leak that one plumbing company said that in order to fix it, they needed to put down a new main line from the meter to the house. They bid $9500 for it. I called Greg after doing a little research and he was busy but after looking at the pictures said I could probably do it myself with a couple parts from the hardware store. He told me exactly what to get and exactly what to do, in great detail I might add. After the fix, I turned the water back on and guess what? NO MORE UNDERGROUND LEAK! It cost me $16 at the hardware store. Greg potentially saved me $9484. This guy is now my goto plumber. If I could give him 16 million stars for this review, I would! Really stoked to have an honest plumber to call on that honestly wants to help you, not help themselves!“

“Yesterday I called Bellows to check my tankless water heater that was not heating. Today I first met with Peter, who confirmed that it was an electrical issue. A few hours later, Derik the electrician solved our problem. Both men were on time, courteous, communicative and efficient. Jose came out and searched under the house, and ended up having to replace the toilet due to it being old and the insects coming through the cracks. “Jason and his team did a great job! My only regret is I didn't call them first. We ran out of water, tanks dry. Another local well pump company came out quickly and diagnosed that the well pump was needed to be replaced. They ordered a new pump, but didn't get me a quote for the work to be done for 9 hours, delaying getting the pump ordered. That should have a warning sign. A full 6 days later they had the pump and came out to install it. Right away they had issues and couldn't pull the pump. After much stress, I was out of town on an emergency assignment, I did what I should have done in the first place and call Superior Pump. Jason came out the next morning, pulled the pump, called me with a cost and completed the job that day. Wow! Thank you Jason, I really appreciate it!“
