“Nicole Johnson helped me get X-rays of my foot when no one else seemed to care. I'm diabetic and saw my foot doctor about extreme pain in my foot. she ordered X-rays. I called the lab but they don't take appointments and they could not find the order. I called over and over but after calling Nicole she stepped in took the initiative on her day off to solve this issue and made sure the lab got the order faxed to them. the people at the lab could care less and just kept telling me their fax machine was down but made no effort to help me so I had to limp around my pain until this was solved. Nicole Johnson is my She Ro. older people really need people like her in a world that is so in need of someone who cares.‍“

“I had to get a screening colonoscopy and moved from SF to Marin recently and ended up here because it was close and convenient. I’ve read some somewhat so so reviews online so wasn’t sure what to expect and I had a super pleasant experience. Dr. Sharma was great, the CRNA was great, and the whole thing was fast and painless. I was super anxious and they quelled all my fears and made me as comfortable as possible. Scheduling and the whole prep process was easy as well. Not sure what the deal is with any of the negative reviews, but I wanted to come on here and write this one since I feel like people often only write these kinds reviews when they have something negative to say.“

“This is my second location in San Francisco that I've gone to for laser hair removal, i went to another location in the area but i will say I've seen more results with north bay!! They updated their machines recently (cryogenic) which was provided at my previous location, but the sessions i had prior to the updates were nothing short of amazing !! The staff is amazing so friendly so welcoming! I've visited north bay over 5 times already and the customer service is immaculate! I've only got laser hair removal but they provide more services, if it's anything like the service i been getting ... just know your in great hands! They care about your comfortability over anything else! Highly recommend!! Sky is amazing on front desk, highly recommend V (valentine) for lasers very effective and speedy (if needed for large areas since sessions are only 1 hour) and jasper (effective and progressing with treating wider areas)“

“As a woman with MS, I have a lot of experience getting my arm poked and the IVX team in San Francisco is hands down the BEST. They’re skilled, careful technicians and good hearted people. It’s easy to get an appointment. IVX has parking (Yes, wow, IN San Francisco). The rooms are super comfy and I get blankets, snacks, WiFi, tea, pretty much whatever I need. “Each time I go in for treatment from Eva the problem is either greatly reduced or gone. Where can you go and get results like this in today's world... Unlike group acupuncture settings, you have a private room and can really relax which enhances the treatment immeasurably. “I really like Dr. Meek. She's not a supplement-pusher like many age management medicine doctors, and she's quite knowledgeable and well-rounded, having done family medicine for quite a while before she fled the Kaiser system. She's quite practical and budget-minded. (For example, she doesn't have a problem with me splitting some meds.) I used to see Dr. Bartnof (who started the practice) and was reluctant to see her when he passed away because she's not *him*, but I've actually turned out to be really happy. For me, with hormonal/ pituitary problems, it's been a godsend, even though I'm not yet at the age where "age management medicine" usually kicks in. And it's not actually that crazy expensive, since the pricing is clear; her hourly rate is about half to a third of what lawyers charge in town, and a quarter of what I pay for my ridiculous insurance premium per month. For me it's been well worth it, to have someone on my side with more than the 15 minutes some "PCP" would have at Sutter or my pituitary specialist has at UCSF. You're lucky if you're comfortable financially and can afford this kind of old-fashioned medicine (or afford to prioritize it over other expenses), where someone actually sits down with you and looks at the whole picture. Everybody deserves this kind of care (too bad that's not the world we live in). The world would be a better place if each city had a hundred Dr. Meeks.“

“I think this is the same as Greenbrae Surgery Center.....I had surgery here in September with Dr. Cynthia Goodman. I arrived very early in the morning and the staff was awake, alert, and very helpful in prepping me for surgery. I felt well cared for and important. I really prefer being in a small surgery center as opposed to a large hospital. I was VERY nervous for surgery but the whole experience was very easy. Also, the price for the surgery was less than I was expecting which made the experience that much better.“
