They have a very efficient system in place.One thing: it is usually not difficult to insert an IV in my veins and yet the nurse was rough and bruised me badly. When in doubt, please be gentle first.
I had a colonoscopy last week and I would like to compliment everyone I came into contact with at the Endoscopy Center of Marin. This was my second time there, and as with the first time, everyone was kind, courteous, caring, and professional. My nurse, Liz, could not have been nicer, and Dr. Hogan was wonderful. They both made me feel as comfortable as possible. I would not hesitate to highly recommend the Endoscopy Center of Marin to anyone.
Excellent experience at this facility. I was called early in the am to ask for me to come in early due to a cancelation. Every staff member thanked me for doing so, shows good communication amongst staff. Arrived at 930, in procedure at 1015. Leaving 1115.
