“I feel blessed working with Sarah on lymphatic drainage and scars treatment after my double mastectomy in 2020. For a year I've suffered from extreme tightness in my chest and armpits. I felt it 24/7 and no amount of Physical Therapy and followed up exercises relieve me from that pain. My range of motion was also affected despite all my efforts. Then I found Sarah! With her out of box approach and advanced techniques, she was able to minimize the tightness and finally to remove it. I no longer feel it which is truly a miracle as I've lost my hope. My range of motion improved with it. Sarah is my go-to person if I feel an ache in any part of my body. She incorporates different modalities and while the session could be less than relaxing, deep relaxation and lasting improvements follow.“

“I have received consistent, incredible, lifesaving care from both Dr. Kaila and Dr. MannVy since 2018. When I began to show signs of mystery illnesses, I went from a job as a personal trainer,a mother of two toddlers, a chef, and runner, to practically bedridden, and no immune system-in my mid 20s. When I started IV therapy with Dr Kaila, I was able to function again. Within my first week, I had 3 IVs, as it was the only thing that made me feel better--suddenly I stopped getting norovirus and strep every time I volunteered at my children's co-op preschool. After years of fluid diets for weeks during each flare, I instead would get amazing care from my NDs, and receive a bag of nutrients (that I could finally absorb!) and slippery elm + recipes to coat my belly at home. I could finally eat solid food, after trying every option for years! They regularly helped me take labs for my doctors, and made my life as comfortable as possible, under the circumstances. Even my kids could come in my room to play, and they loved the sweet demeanor and fascinating work from my doctors. My life was changed! In 2020, my new specialists diagnosed my conditions in the "formal" (aka western/insurance-recognized) manner, and I started to get sicker, eventually needing regular, aggressive treatment plans as well. Many of my conditions were extremely serious, very rare, and most doctors couldn't help me, given the lack of knowledge. This is where Dr Mann Vy came in.Dr MannVy became my main ND during the pandemic, and is one of the few reasons I am still alive. Despite my worsening illnesses, she NEVER gave up on me. She would regularly take courses to learn how to treat rare diseases such as mine with IVs, order different IV and injection meds to safely test on me to achieve the best results, and designed treatment plans I could show to IV clinics when I traveled, so that they could treat me according to my conditions at that time. She also treated my legs and feet with PRF (which had constantly been severely injured since child hood-ehlers Danlos Syndrome)--and her work was deemed the best possible option anyone could receive in my condition, spoken by the top Stanford Orthos; and I agree.Dr.MannVy is determined, brave, thoughtful, brilliant, and in a category of excellence that exceeds any other medical professional I've met. Any patient would be so lucky to have her.“

“I not only avoided two surgeries (which had been the only treatments suggested by doctors when using my regular health plan and insurance), but uncovered how different health issues I’m having were inter-related - being caused or exacerbated by each other. So, for example, the treatments ordered by my orthopedic joint doctor for tissue tears can be problematic with anemia and elevated blood glucose levels, and likely counterproductive to success with surgery advised by my orthopedic foot doctor. Each of the (excellent) doctors in the business-as-usual healthcare practices and facilities covered by insurance mostly treats conditions and body parts discretely - even the PCP’s, who are supposed to have an overview and to act as a kind of conductor. This is made worse by the processes used and needed to shepherd people through that whole system. In other words, in this instance, if I’d followed the advice and insurance-approved treatments, the results could have been anywhere from pointless and ineffective to creating more damage.“

“Christine was a lifesaver for me as a new mother in a foreign country some 30 years ago. I couldn’t have been more grateful to find out she is still practicing when my granddaughter recently developed severe eczema as a baby. We tried every pediatrician, dermatologist and allergist and used a myriad of most expensive creams to no avail. Her pragmatic, comprehensive, and multilevel approach made all the difference within a week. We are so grateful and can not recommend her enough. She still has the golden touch not only through her extensive knowledge of homeopathy but through her listening skills and especially empathy with her patients. She is worth her weight in gold.“

“Firstly, check your attitude at the door; they don't pay the receptionist enough to deal with your personal BS - get your s*** together and come in correct. 2 of the last 3 times I was in the waiting room I had to listen to adult-children complaining about things that, ultimately, were their responsibility. Oh, and don't cuss, threaten or try any BS - they will not put up with it and you will find yourself without this clinic as an option. Very professional folks, clean and well-lit operation (somewhat of a rarity with places that take MediCal). Dr. Rosenfield is very good, caring professional who is sincere and honest. My only complaint, and hence the 4 stars, is that he has some difficulty with negative confrontation - it would have been nice to know that he doesn't deal with disability patients/claims months prior. So, as long as that isn't an issue, the service is top-notch and the people were very real and authentic.“

“(Translated by Google) After many dental visits for eight years, today in particular was the first time we had the best experience because we were blessed to have been cared for by a lady named Jessica Samora who is super kind and cute with children, super affectionate, patient and very sweet and genuine that makes children feel comfortable and safe that makes it easier for them to collaborate. Personally, since I went I have not had such good experiences, more than anything because they always give me appointments and they have made me wait up to an hour and a half after my appointment time or once I was inside they make me wait a long time and I was looking at the possibility to move my child to another clinic but after today the truth is that it is worth staying and I wish this clinic could hire and have more staff as professional as Jessica (RDA).(Original)Después de muchas visitas dentales por ocho anos hoy en particular fue la primera vez que tuvimos la mejor experiencia pues tuvimos la bendición de haber sido atendidos por una señora llamada Jessica Samora quien es súper amable y linda con los niños, súper cariñosa, paciente y muy dulce y de verdad que hace que los niños se sientan cómodos y seguros que hace más fácil que colaboren. Yo personalmente desde que voy no eh tenido tan buenas experiencias mas que nada porque siempre me dan citas y me han hecho esperar hasta una hora y media después de la hora de mi cita o ya estando adentro me hacen esperar mucho tiempo y estaba viendo la posibilidad de mover a mi niño a otra clínica pero después de hoy la verdad que vale la pena quedarse y ojalá esta clínica pudiera contratar y tener más personal así de profesional como Jessica(RDA).“

“Really an outstanding experience. The nurses are lovely and absolute pros when it comes to inserting the IV. Also, they used a lidocaine air “gun” that instantly numbed the area where the IV would be placed… brilliant. My son will no longer be prepping 30 mins to an hour before infusions with lidocaine and Saran wrap on both hands! Very happy with our care at IVX Van Ness in SF.“

“I really like Dr. Meek. She's not a supplement-pusher like many age management medicine doctors, and she's quite knowledgeable and well-rounded, having done family medicine for quite a while before she fled the Kaiser system. She's quite practical and budget-minded. (For example, she doesn't have a problem with me splitting some meds.) I used to see Dr. Bartnof (who started the practice) and was reluctant to see her when he passed away because she's not *him*, but I've actually turned out to be really happy. For me, with hormonal/ pituitary problems, it's been a godsend, even though I'm not yet at the age where "age management medicine" usually kicks in. And it's not actually that crazy expensive, since the pricing is clear; her hourly rate is about half to a third of what lawyers charge in town, and a quarter of what I pay for my ridiculous insurance premium per month. For me it's been well worth it, to have someone on my side with more than the 15 minutes some "PCP" would have at Sutter or my pituitary specialist has at UCSF. You're lucky if you're comfortable financially and can afford this kind of old-fashioned medicine (or afford to prioritize it over other expenses), where someone actually sits down with you and looks at the whole picture. Everybody deserves this kind of care (too bad that's not the world we live in). The world would be a better place if each city had a hundred Dr. Meeks.“

“I stated to see Dr Chiu because of brain fog, occipital neuralgia and gut issues. I started to see him when I was 60 years old. My Mom died of dementia and I was worried I was headed in the direction. My journey started with him in late 2018 and continued early in 2019. At that time my first consultation was $500 for 60 minutes, then a 25 minutes appointment was $300. He did raise those prices while I was still getting treated. He was wonderful, compassionate, and heard my issues like no doctor had ever done. I often got teary eyed when he would give me feedback because I was so desperate. Financially, it was a huge strain. He recommended I do the 5 day Brain Save Program, which was $4995.00, the MBCW 12 week treatment plan for $1,995.00. I did both programs and bought all the supplements that he recommended. I did an elimination date for 30 days right off the bat, which made a tremendous difference. My gut was a mess. The 12 week treatment included infrared light treatment, oxygen treatment and some kind of vibration therapy, and the sauna treatment. I loved everything about my time spent there. I definitely spent over $10,000 in the few months I saw him. The treatment dropped off after the conclusion of my MBCW 12 week SESSION. I don't know how I dropped off, because he said they would follow up with me to see how I was doing. At the end he got my results of my GI MAP test $525, and my SIBO test, $345, and gave me the print out of both tests, but I never got a explanation from him because honestly, his $500+ office visit was just more than I could afford for the test explanation. Sorry I didn't do that, but I can't imagine how much he charges now. He works mostly, I felt like, with concussion patients when I was there. Most of the people I spoke to while we were there together had some brain trauma. I found all of my issue cleared up once I cleared my gut issues up. He is also a chiropractor, and I saw him for a few sessions, which were wonderful. Initially we thought my occipital pain came from inflammation, so I had hoped me changing my diet would help, but I had an extreme painful neuralgia during my treatment with him. I have now found out that it's a posture issue, which I found out through process of elimination. It was a once in a lifetime treatment for me because of the cost, and fortunately, my brain fog and gut issues went away with my change of diet. For me, I probably could have seen just a function medicine doctor and had a similar result. Now that I have educated myself more on gut issues, brain fog is a very common symptom for gut issues.“
