Alicia paid attention to my needs; I wasn't really expecting anything super extravagant look but I was in awe already during our make up trial and the time of the event, she really glammed me up and I was so obsessed with my hair and make up all night! She educates you during the process and informs you what she's putting on your face so that you are well-prepared. She's very personable and you can really tell that she's passionate for glamming people up but at the same time, attending to our needs as customers. “I spent a lot of time looking for a HMUA for me and my wedding party because I was particular about the style of makeup I wanted as someone who does not wear makeup often (clean, minimal, classic) and wanted to make sure they had lots of experience with asian features & across all ages. I hired Fiona and her team to service me, 7 bridesmaids, the MOB, and the MOG on the morning of my wedding. We had an early start time (4AM) since we were doing a tea ceremony and the team arrived on time, ready to get started to ensure we finished everyone by the 9:00am deadline. They made everyone feel very welcomed and were open to changes in makeup if someone wanted a different color/style that was done to them without losing time. Our hair and makeup stayed in tact all day with minimal touch ups needed & the Urban Beauty Loft team left us a touch-up package for me, the bride, to use. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for the same things!!“
