Rod and the crew are superlative. Quality work done on time and to quote. We had the entire house and garage/breezeway foundation razed, raised, and replaced. Rod's crew also repaired cracked joists so our under structure is more sound. Very pleased with the work.

We live in a 1915 craftsman cottage in Sebastopol in need of a foundation attached to our house to hopefully hold up in an earthquake. Baggett's crew was fast, proficient, and professional. No more crooked floors!

I recently hired Rod Baggett and his incredible crew to repair about seven feet of my foundation which had cracks from rusting rebar. While considered a minor repair compared to their other jobs lifting houses, they went about their work in a professional manner and left my home looking better than before the damage happened. Being local and familiar with the permit process saved about one thousand dollars from the next lowest bid from an East Bay contractor. Rod and his crew were extremely easy to work with and I really appreciate their skills.
