Professional, knowledgeable and committed to the customers true needs. Unfortunately, my area was not a location they service. However, the phone customer support and knowledge presented by Justin, deserved 5 stars in itself. His honest and thorough approach to my inquiries, alone, was a breath of fresh air. He's a skilled tradesman and compassionate about a job well done.I highly recommend this company for any of your homes needs (and of course, if you're fortunate enough to be located in his service area). Justin runs the show there and has a bit of ADD. In short, he needs help running his very popular business.Details: He was great leveling my house - 5 stars, but painting my porch... let's just say his attention to detail is lacking. What he did do was done well 4 stars. What he missed was just silly and annoying ( spray painting the top of my security gate and the bottom of one of my porch rails (see photos). PLUS, You have to stay on top of him. He's a really nice guy; just not a good business man. He has no ability to use his texts and voicemail effectively. You have to call and catch him live.
