“Super prompt service. We had a non-urgent issue and they came out on a Saturday to diagnose it. We went over the options and chose to replace the old water heater "Grandma" with a new tankless. Mario came out that Monday and finished the job in one day. The whole company is great but Mario especially is terrific. Excellent installation work, explained and discussed everything in detail, giving me lots of options. Can't say enough about the professionalism, promptness, and downright friendly cheerfulness of Curoso Plumbing and their crew, especially Mario! “Pedro and his team were great. I needed a propane gas line moved and the work was done professionally and quickly. The quote ended up being right on the money and the work exceeded my expectations. He even re-set my clock after having to unplug my oven! What impressed me most about Pedro is that early on I was advised by an electrician to move my gas line. In the end I decided to proceed but Pedro suggested that I might not have to have this work done due to where the regulator was located and the related gas pressure. He could have easily taken my money, no questions asked, but his recommendation that I double check with PG&E first to avoid unnecessary work won me over.I will be calling Pedro this spring to plumb a clothes washer water supply, glad I found a good plumbing outfit I can rely on. I live out near Guerneville and I know he had jobs in Forestville and Cazadero recently, so he comes all the way out to West County.“

“I have nothing but praise for Steve at Pipedreams Plumbing. I called several plumbers to get a gas line moved. Steve was the most professional on the phone and in person. Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). We talked a bit and I learned he has years of experience which means a lot to me. If you'd like to do business with an experienced, pleasurable and down to earth guy who won't gouge you Steve is the guy. I'm keeping this sticker on my water heater for as long as I live in Sonoma!“

“I met Dan through Nick who just happened to live next to one of my customers and told me what he did for a living right when I was experiencing continuously poor service with the vendor my company was using. never underestimate the value of handing out your card. I called Nick when my company had a need and the previous vendor had bid a job at 8 to 10,000 for something that just really didn't seem like it should cost that much. Dan came in at 2500. I got more done and felt better about who I did business with. Dan and his crew got everything handled in a couple of days without any unnecessary bureaucratic nonsense and it just felt like I hired a friend. They have a great way to do business and it's very professional and although they are not cheap , I would expect to pay what I do for quality. The other guys were just ridiculous. Call Dan.“
