He appreciated the work I had already done to try and fix the problem myself and gave me advice for the future should this problem come up again. Greg initially recommended another local plumbing company that might offer cheaper services and could possibly come sooner….they never responded to my voicemail or text. “Having blocked drains is probably your worst nightmare especially if they are backing up in your house. I’ve had a couple of drain issues over the last couple of months and Rock Solid Drains have bailed me out both times. They’ve been incredibly prompt – typically turning up the same day or the next day when I’ve had issues. They are clean to a fault and you wouldn’t know that they had been in the house. They are professional and great at what they do. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them if you have blocked drains.They are specialists and I’m just so glad that they’re there when I need them.“

Turns out they found leaks and realized the whole plumbing system under the crawlspace was not properly installed at all! I realize they are incredibly busy, and they want to respond as quickly as they can, but two days in a row of saying we will see you between X and X, then emailing to say they had a glitch and couldn't come almost made them strike out with me. Yes, I would hire them again. They did an excellent job, in a short amount of time, and were friendly and professional.“

They worked with me to resolve multiple sewage drainage issues including redoing the drain lines under the house.
