Milano Mechanical helped us get a few extra seasons out of our aging furnace, but this year it was time to replace. They provided clear options over a range of price points and performance, answered all our questions, and got us on the schedule in a timely manner to do the replacement. The team that came out to do the work was absolutely lovely - professional, friendly, trustworthy, and clearly good at what they do. They will continue to be our first phone call for all our HVAC issues. Strong recommend!

Follow up edit:*Tony Milano, the manager called me to follow up regarding the whole situation. He explained that he was out of office half of the week and the receptionist was also out for a few days. He wants to make it right so they can do better in the future. He said they would follow up in more timely manner in the future. Also he agreed that the capacitor is part of the warranty item and refunded me the cost of the part.Overall I am very satisfied with the work and appreciate the follow up from Tony so I am changing my rating for them.--------------------I have a 4+ year Carrier AC unit that didn't cool down the house when i wanted to use it on one of the hot days....read full review

Milano Mechanical has been our "go to" for many years. They replaced our furnace and added air conditioning (and a HEPA filter before we knew what they were), replaced our water heater with a tankless model, replaced our thermostat and just replaced the attic fan they installed 20 years ago. Their work is always meticulous and they are always able to fit us in quickly when we need it. We highly recommend this local family business.Services: HVAC system maintenance
