Sher E. has described our encounter with Gary and Clear Heart Drilling very well. Our proposed well site (in 2018) was difficult to access and with Gary's explanations and Clear Heart's equipment, the job was performed very easily. The crew was very careful of their surroundings, such as our trees, and the only thing they left was an area of drilling spoils which is now starting to be reclaimed by Mother Nature. There was a small cosmetic problem with the installation that Gary quickly offered to fix. I ended up fixing it myself with his help and our new well looks and performs as well as we had hoped. We recommend Clear Heart Drilling with no reservation.

I had a wonderful appointment with Hadeel! Coming in my hair had been very badly damaged by hard water. It was frizzy, discolored, breaking at every end and the curls were weak… leaving the salon I felt like a whole new Woman! Hadeel took her time and paid attention to all the little details, making sure to listen to my whole hair story. My hair was again curly, shiny and soft.

I found Rachel when I was going thru chemo and needed some wigs. She is truly amazing. She is always senstive to your needs. She amkes you feel comfortable during the process. And now that I have my hair back - i still go to her for haircuts - and I live an hour away - so worth the drive!
The shop is very inviting with owner being the only one that works there. Easy parking, although the shop itself doesn't face the street, so it's a bit difficult to find. I had highlights put in and absolutely love them. Very natural looking.

My daughter has alopecia totalis. Let means absolutely no hair anywhere on her whole body. Elizabeth’s hair and wig salon had an excellent selection of weeks for my daughter at very good prices. I also found my olive oil shampoo that I really love a lot makes my hair so shiny and good. I saw wonderful products for African-American women and men and then also lots of make up I highly recommend this for anybody that needs new hair or wonderful make up or hair supplies. Don’t forget to look at the really cool jewelry, thank you Elizabeth hair and wig salon.
I highly recommend Sheri. I came from Fort Bragg, and it was well worth the the two hour drive. She gave me a beautiful perm, with lovely curls, and my hair is still soft and healthy. Yesterday I saw my regular stylist and she confirmed that Sheri did an amazing job. Sheri spent a generous amount of time during my consultation asking question, showing pictures etc. I had a list of questions, but she had many more that I hadn't even thought of! thank you, Sheri... Fantastic Barbershop! I have been going to Kyle for my haircut since 2018 and I cannot highly recommend him enough!! Kyle's quality of service is TOP NOTCH!! West Coast Cuts has been a great spot to get my hair cut! Donny has been doing a great job everytime I come by, I’ll keep coming back, she gives great cuts, is very kind too. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the music is uncomfortably explicit sometimes, or the topics are kinda weird. I don’t mind the music in the shop, as it gives good ambiance, but I’d prefer clean versions. When it comes to the cuts though, this is a great place to hit up ??

I came in while on vacation in Santa Rosa. Back home I go to the same nail salon religiously but desperately needed my nails done. I spent an hour looking for the “perfect” spot because I am so picky about the filing and quality of gel as well as the experience. The new owner is Amazing! Please if you were expecting the old owner give her a chance because it was def. 5 star. I get ingrown easily as well and I also expect a quality massage and it couldn’t have gone better. This is a family ran business so please support her and refer people if you have the same experience I did!

Beautiful, clean salon with comfortable pedicure chairs & friendly staff. I had an appointment this morning that included my SIL & my daughter. We arrived a few minutes early and they were ready for us. Kim & Ping were sweet and fun to chat with. I didn't catch the name of the lady who did my daughters nails, but she was also very sweet. Some salons make you feel like they are trying to rush you in & right back out the door. Not here! The whole experience was very relaxing. I would definitely come here again!

Pomegranate Salon is ideally located near downtown Santa Rosa. I park for free on Cherry Street and walk. All the beauticians are very experienced in cutting hair. I use Esther who is the owner and does a fantastic job. She listens to what I want and gives me a great cut every time. The atmosphere is welcoming and the receptionist very friendly. You can't go wrong here.

I am not going to lie, I was a little last minute with addressing getting wedding hair and makeup services arranged and Caelie & Brianna were so helpful and really put me at ease. I was able to schedule to go to Santa Rosa to have a consultation with them and brought a few pictures of hair styles I was envisioning. After a short discussion, in just one shot Brianna created a look that blended the pictures I had into my own style and then perfectly recreated it the day of my wedding. Caelie & Brianna came to the AirBnB where my bridal party was getting ready to do all of our hair and makeup for a few of the girls. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and was so happy with the work they did. The final look of my hair was so stunning and I now have such beautiful photos as a reminder. Caelie & Brianna fit right in with all of my best friends and made the hectic morning feel fun. They gave me great advice when we met and were the ultimate professionals day of my wedding! I would highly recommend using them plus their pricing is more than fair, especially considering how talented these ladies are!
I went to Alexis to get my eyebrows microbladed, and I'm totally obsessed with how they turned out. she listened to what I asked for and was very thorough with taking her time to perfect them. When she was finished she explained exactly how to clean them while they're healing and gave me a mini cleaning kit to take home. she's so sweet. I had my first massage with Catrina today and loved it! She was very warm and friendly, very professional, and an excellent masseuse. The salon was clean, very comfortable and relaxing. Catrina had familiarized herself with my answers from the pre-appointment survey I completed online. We discussed areas on which I wanted her to focus, and my preferred level of pressure. She clarified all my preferences, and was a good communicator. The massage was amazing! I was so relaxed throughout the service, and especially pleased with the "after effects" of my massage. So I was pretty reluctant to come here for a massage, used to bougie hotels and spas. Was I ever wrong. This is hands down my favorite place for spa treatments. I've been here quite a few times...and I have never had a bad experience. Prices are fair, not cheap, but very reasonable for the quality. They have a subscription that keeps things more reasonable. The smell is great, the treatment rooms and lobby are very soothing. Always quiet with nice music. There's a decent variety of treatments...including Thai.. something for everyone. The front desk process is a bit janky but oh well. I don't have pics because i don't want to be that guy. Try it out...

I have been seeing Madeline since summer of 2022, she is the best lash artist I have had since I started getting lashes years ago. She knows what looks good for your face, my lashes never feel heavy or bothersome, she is gentle and she is very fast! I am always concerned that my natural lashes stay healthy and she makes sure to keep them in good condition by placing the lashes correctly and not too heavy. Her studio is cute and comfortable and Madeline herself is kind.

I got my first tattoo!!! I did my research and really liked what I saw both on their website but also the Yelp reviews and word of mouth when I asked around. The shop is upstairs with a small parking lot , easy to find. The shop itself is clean and has so much art on the walls it's fun to look around every corner. The Tattoo Artists are all so talented and fun to talk to. I felt safe, I felt heard when I talked about what I wanted and the end result is better than I could have imagined. My daughter also got a tattoo here from Twan, and I had my tattoo done by Aaron. I never thought I'd be a tattoo person, but now, I am. I can't wait to go back and have each of the artists do a different tattoo on me. I could not recommend this place higher, I wish we could have ten stars.

This is me and my husband’s very first tattoo and we had a great experience. David was my artist and he did a great job drawing up and helping me place my tattoo in the right spot. I like that he talked about every step that he was going to do before doing it, and it really calmed my nerves. Very professional and I really enjoy the relationship that he had with his coworkers. Their humor definitely added to my experience. I think I might be brave enough for the next tattoo soon.

Travis and the others at 707 Plumbers are fantastic! Our shower and tub had backed up and we thought we were dealing with a catastrophic failure. They were able to use cameras to figure out our wonky old plumbing in our 50s house and cleared a rust blockage that solved the problem! Extremely thankful for their responsiveness, skill and honesty.

Maples did a great job rerouting my home's main water line so it could pass through a new water treatment system in my garage. They quoted the job, showed up on schedule, got the job done on time. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism.
Our 5-year-old water heater suddenly started leaking water from the pressure relief valve at the top of the tank. I called Jim Curoso, and they sent Ramon out - squeezed me in at the end of the day. Ramon took about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem as being a failed pressure regulator at the water main, and our water pressure was way too high (over 100 psi - it should be below 80 psi). It took him a couple of hours to replace the ball valve at the water main, the pressure regulator, and install an expansion tank on the water tank itself. I was very impressed with all the communication between the office, Ramon, and me, and they did a great job!

Was out in bodega bay at tides wharf looking for my RV keys which had fallen in between my console. Paul lended me a screw driver so that I could disassemble my console to get my keys. Pedro and his team were great. I needed a propane gas line moved and the work was done professionally and quickly. The quote ended up being right on the money and the work exceeded my expectations. He even re-set my clock after having to unplug my oven! What impressed me most about Pedro is that early on I was advised by an electrician to move my gas line. In the end I decided to proceed but Pedro suggested that I might not have to have this work done due to where the regulator was located and the related gas pressure. He could have easily taken my money, no questions asked, but his recommendation that I double check with PG&E first to avoid unnecessary work won me over.I will be calling Pedro this spring to plumb a clothes washer water supply, glad I found a good plumbing outfit I can rely on. I live out near Guerneville and I know he had jobs in Forestville and Cazadero recently, so he comes all the way out to West County.

Jordan came out to fix a gas leak that PG&E had identified in an outdoor pipe serving my ADU. He did thorough testing to determine whether there were any other leaks on the lines. In the end, he discovered a number of smaller leaks, both inside and out, and skillfully and efficiently addressed all of them, for a far better price than the first plumber I got an estimate from. He was amazing: friendly, kind, prompt, highly knowledgeable and experienced. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I talked to Mark and he was very helpful in directing me to a local business that not only has the part I need but a name brand part that other stores only sell the generic versions of which are inferior and only last a year or so. Great experience. Got a used Samsung washer for about 50% of the price you'd pay for a new one. I liked the no hassle approach. You walk in, pick the one you want, pay cash and they deliver it the same day. I was in and out in literally 3 minutes and they showed up at my house when they said they would. I've had the washer for a few months and it works perfectly.

I have never left an online review of a company’s services, but Master Cleaners in Santa Rosa more than deserves a positive shout-out for their professionalism and customer care. I brought in two small area rugs that my grandmother had in her bedroom for over 20 years, and for the past 30 years I had (unwisely) folded and stored in a pillowcase. I wanted them cleaned before giving them to my daughter. When I picked up the rugs, they were wrapped in Tyvek because I had mentioned my daughter lived out of state. (I had no idea Tyvek is used to protect rugs for shipping and storage.) Both rugs turned out beautifully; the colors pop, the fringe is white again and mended in spots where needed. Owners Mike and Sheila Masi treated me like family. Their priorities are customer care and quality work.

I hadn't had my carpet cleaned in a couple of years. I randomly picked Spot On Chem-Dry to do some much needed cleaning Amon was on time, he quickly took measurements of the areas I want cleaned and he immediately gave me a quote. The quote was fair, but I also had a coupon which he cheerfully accepted. Amon really put his back in it and was finished and out the door in 90 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Amon!

I had a serious situation with water damage at my home which necessitated removing bathroom walls, tub and shower. It was an ugly job that required hours and hours of really hard work. It turned out beautifully in a short period of time!Not only did I get a price that was more than fair (I got quotes from several other contractors), I was able to establish a working relationship with Robert that felt like real team work. I have not experienced this before, as I am a woman and in the past I have felt disregarded when it comes to construction projects. Not so with Robert! I felt respected, listened to, cared about and communicated with every step of the way.I felt so grateful for his consideration and his know how and also for his suggestions as to how to make the job more affordable. The sense of security his emotional sensitivity gave me, combined with his talents and know how made this the most satisfying construction job I've experienced yet. Warner Landscape Construction did an excellent job on a small hillside erosion issue in our backyard. Justin was great to work with; clear and thorough in his explanations, available on site doing much of the work himself (he loves his tractors!), and was super helpful and cost conscious when we ran into unexpected issues that required him to pivot quickly with additional work. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him highly to our friends and neighbors!
I contacted Jeff after I saw what a great job he did installing a cardiologist friend's pool. He was personable and patient during our meeting. Ultimately he gave me bad news. Because of the slope of our backyard, the cost would be more than double what he normally charges for a pool. He could have easily led me down a primrose path and gotten me to commit and upcharged me as the project progressed. Instead he was honest and offered options that we might consider, even though those options would not involve him or his company. The definition of a "stand-up guy".
We were doing a full kitchen remodel and I went into the whole process with a bit of trepidation. But these guys put all my anxieties down quickly. They are the real deal; the workmanship is top-notch and their prices are totally fair. We had the inevitable project speed bumps, like unknown structural issues or 80 year-old plumbing issues; but Anthony and has team were quick to come up with solutions, and they were able to work with me to keep additional costs under control. We had no issues with any sub-contractors and were just as pleased with their work. He's chosen some great people to partner with. Even though the the project is now complete, Anthony has committed to coming back for a couple very minor follow-ups. 10/10, highly recommend and would definitely work with again.

After 19 years with a kitchen that was designed in the 70's I was ready for a remodel. My husband being the CPA wanted multiple quotes so we interviewed 5 contractors without success. I was about to take a sledgehammer to the kitchen just to get it started when Christina, a designer at ProSource, recommended Caroline Weaver. I called her and got a quote which fit within our budget and made my husband happy. I had ordered appliances in August that were to be delivered in January. OK that worked we'll just store them in the garage. I ordered our cabinets from ProSource (also a great company to work with) in October. I was told it would take up to 16 weeks to get the cabinets which was OK with me but pushing into tax season which probably would have given my husband a heart attack. Anyway, the ball had started to roll when SURPRISE(!) the cabinets were ready to be delivered in December. After a bit of panic. I contacted Caroline and let her know that the cabinet company would hold the cabinets until January but the timeline had been pushed forward. As luck would have it she had an unexpected cancellation and was able to fit us in. The day in early January that her crew came over to begin demolition we had lost power and it was absolutely pouring rain. It was no problem for them they just merrily went about demolishing the kitchen.The job was expected to take 5-6 weeks they were finished in 4 and it was beautiful. So here is what I love about Monument Home Services, Caroline Weaver, Wade, Tyler and Juan (her team).Caroline always responded quickly to my questions and I had a lot of questions. The team showed up on time everyday altho' honestly 7am killed me. I'm not a morning person. They were completely professional in everything they did.They cleaned up every night before they left. I mean REALLY cleaned up.The work they did was perfect. Wade is a perfectionist and it showed. I never felt that is was just "good enough" It was beautifully done and he added touches that improved the overall look. I have two bathrooms that I am going to remodel and I will have Caroline Weaver and her awesome team do them!I have recommended her to everyone I know.

I have a home in Sea Ranch, CA which a large bee hive was formed in our utility box. The bees had established large combs in the utility box and walls of the house. I called Chris of Bee Conscious Removal and he gave me an appointment immediately and extracted the bees humanely and efficiently. It was a complicated removal and the work was done perfectly. Chris is knowledgeable about experienced about removing bee hives. There is really no equal in my mind and I highly recommend his services without reservation.

the guys at lemur are fantastic. i can be very fussy and they did everything they promised and more. and they did it with care and expertise. they were happy, competent and reasonably priced. showed up on time and left the area spotless. if you need tree work done i would encourage you to stay away from the big guys and try lemur. edgar (aborist) and his two brother-in-laws, issac and franco couldn't have done or acted any better. a pleasure to have them do my work. Helped with multiple difficult trees a year and a half ago. It was a really good experience start to finish. In addition to expert and careful tree removal, the crew bent over backward to satisfy the worries of a fussy neighbor.
These guys did a GREAT job. I got an in person estimate, and the job done THE SAME DAY! I'm sure I got lucky with the timing, but even if they were booked a week out, the work that was done was exceptional and professional. Highly recommend.

I got a speedy response when I called Davey Tree. They were out and made an assessment of the situation (3 mature beeches infested with aphids, overgrown and throwing shade on my solar panels). Three recommendations: deep fertilizing, crown trimming, and early next year. a thorough aphid treatment. Within a few days fertilizing and trimming was done...I'm so happy with the work so far....the trees are greatly thinned, but still look natural and my solar panels are now in the sparkling sun. Great cleanup and haul away after. I highly recommend the Sonoma County crew.

Absolutely impressed by Mario, Francisco and the team! Being new to the area and having quite a few trees to handle, ArborCare did a PHENOMENAL job on execution, efficiency, and care. They removed 2 medium oak trees, removed 2 large cypress trees, mindfully trimmed the neighbors tree we coordinated with and beautifully trimmed 3 other trees we wanted to keep around. Couldn’t believe it all got done in a day with stump grinding and firewood stacks. They offered us the mulch clippings but we haven’t landscaped yet to use it. Everyone was professional and communicating our requests came through in the execution. We’re impressed and highly recommend them! First 2 photos are before shots. After my childhood dentist passed unexpectedly, I was apprehensive about seeing anyone else. I have been with Dr. Osendorf's practice ever since. The office is inviting & modern, the staff friendly and conscientious. My hygienists have been skilled and adjust techniques to my preferences, we ask about each other's families, and going for routine cleanings is something I actually look forward to. Front desk staff deals with insurance red tape flawlessly. Dr. Osendorf explains treatments thoroughly, understands patient's individual financial constraints, and offers realistic timelines. (i.e-"This filling will probably need a crown in the next few years, but we can wait for now.") When I've had dental emergencies, the office has gotten me in for an exam ASAP, and when I really needed timely intervention, Dr. Osendorf even came in solo on a weekend to give me an x-ray and an emergency referral to an endodontist. I have never been happier with a provider, and can't recommend them enough.

I am a patient who had bimaxillary orthognathic surgery and I must take great care of my teeth; Dr. Carlos Flores performed orthodontics on me with aligners some time ago, which was excellent and with results that have been maintained in the long term; I live far from the clinic but I prefer to drive to be in the hands of the best doctor, who is now performing all my dental fillings.

First of all I have been to two Chiropractor in Sonoma County, and both Doctors treated me only for a specific problem. Dr Scott Bell said that he had to start on the whole body, and I have felt very much better since I have been going to him. Also, I have been getting taller, I have a case of scoliosis.

I sought out Dr Gordacan because my cat having trouble walking and had days where she could barely get out of her bed. I heard great things about animal chiropractic adjustments so I wanted to give it a try. I contacted Dr Gordacan to make sure chiropractic work was a good fit for my cat. After a few minutes of hearing about her background and her outlook on holistic wellbeing, I knew she was exactly what I was looking for! We made an appointment. We met in the parking lot at the veterinarian office and she came to our car to make sure our cat was comfortable in her own space. Our cat was very uncomfortable and stressed but after just a few minutes of Dr Gordacan's adjustment, she immediately sat down, became so calm, and at ease. I was blown away! It took a total of 10 minutes and we were on our way back home with a pain free cat! She slept well and seemed so content. It's been just a few days but my cat is walking better and moving more freely. I was also excited to learn Dr Gordacan also adjusts humans! My husband and I both plan on seeing her AND bringing our other cat for adjustment. Highly recommend!

I'm a holistic-minded person and I absolutely love how they respect my alternative medicine choices, and in fact agree with most of them! Having a vet who is knowledgeable about raw and homemade diets is key - and rare. While the docs have changed over the years (and I've enjoyed working with each one), the staff has remained more constant and they deserve a big scoop of appreciation too. A place of business is only as good as their staff and these women are so caring, helpful, smart, and compassionate. Thank you thank you thank you for taking care of all our pets over the years, from the new pet visits to the end of life visit. We are eternally grateful for your care.
I'm so grateful. The best experience I've had with a veterinary office of any kind. The staff is amazing. Incredibly friendly. Cared more about my dog than over charging for needed elements of care than people can not generally afford during financial hardship or not. Less than 24 hours after appointment I received a text with lab results which explained her symptoms. Her medication for the condition was available for pick up the next day. AND then...... spring of 2022 my girl was having symptoms that were highly concerning me. I kept calling them to get her an appointment \u0026 they kept blowing me off. Well she was VERY VERY SICK. I was told her blood work was so messed up the vet said she must of ate something toxic. At that point she had kidney failure \u0026 to attempt to save her life the first 24 hours would cost about $5000.

I called in stating that my cat had a sore on his neck and that I thought it was a bite from our other indoor cat. The man I spoke to was extremely understanding and thorough. He explained in full detail of what’s expected, and worse case scenario etc. He even asked if I could send him a photo to their email so they could get an idea of a treatment plan beforehand. It was a night and day difference compared to the vet I called prior as they told me I couldn’t bring my cat in for 3-4 weeks. I absolutely would recommend Montgomery Village Vet Clinic for all your pet concerns.

A mobile yoga practice led by Deacon was the perfect addition to our bachelorette weekend in Sonoma! Deacon was punctual, his equipment was clean/in good shape, and his class was just what we needed! Our group had varying degrees of experience with yoga and his poses and guidance provided enough challenge, connection, and relaxation for our entire group. Deacon was attentive and interactive and brought a thoughtful gift for our bride. He was professional, yet patient with our rowdy group. He was flexible with scheduling (and re-scehduling!) and was just a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about his soothing voice, pleasant demeanor, and over all good humor. Our time with this \\\"yoga daddy\\\" was the one of the highlights of an already amazing trip. I’m a professional in the health and wellness industry who has a background in movement and strength training and I have been suffering from foot pain for the past year and a half. I have sought help from many doctors, specialists and practitioners in all sorts of disciplines to seek relief and unfortunately, none of their various treatments and therapy protocols were able to provide lasting results. She is adept at finding the tights knots in the body, she identifies the pressure points and works on them meticulously. I had my first session with Mark yesterday for chronic hip and neck/shoulder pain. His manipulation and deep tissue techniques offered a whole new approach to the many failed massages, chiro, and acupuncture treatments I've had over the years searching for relief. Mark is kind, personable, and has a gentle approach, but also knows when and where to apply targeted intense pressure. The stretching of my body's tissues and bones felt amazing... I think I might be a bit taller! I'm sure I will require repeat visits to release the decades of stored trauma and muscle constrictions, but our first session was impressive and provided some relief encouraging me to return for more.
Nicole is an amazing massage therapist and an expert in her field. She makes sure to address all areas of concern/discomfort and tries different methods to make you feel so much more relaxed than when you came in! Not to mention she’s a truly genuine person! I highly recommend her. She’s the best!!

I highly recommend Christina at Thrive Acupuncture! My mother and I are both getting good results from our treatments with her. My mother has dementia and Christina has been wonderful about accommodating the limitations of my mom's lack of short-term memory. And she is a master at getting mom comfortable on the bed (creative use of pillows and the bed head can raise up) since my mom has some low and mid-back discomfort when lying on her back. Christina has helped calm my mother's central nervous system, which had had a positive effect on her overall wellbeing, but best of all is that her anxiety-induced tremors are greatly reduced, maybe gone! Christina not only administers the acupuncture, but is very holistic in her approach. She recommends custom-blended herbs if appropriate (if the patient is open to trying them, can always say no thanks) and really listens and offers insights and suggestions on ways to optimize one's overall wellbeing. She will review any supplements you take and offer suggestions on ones she thinks might help. She is always upbeat, sweet and is clearly passionate about her work which makes her a joy to be around. The office is a calming, beautiful space. And so well run and organized. Megan the office manager is delightful and makes it so easy to book appointments, or you can do it online. It's always nice to chat with her for a few minutes before or after the appointment. Just being in the office with Christina and Megan's positive and caring energy feels like part of the treatment!

I first visited Michael in Colorado back in 2008 when I wanted to discontinue my use of a prescription. I knew very little about acupuncture but still continue to be amazed by its results. I trusted him from the beginning with his kind presence and professionalism. I initially saw him twice a week and eventually once a month. Now I might go months without seeing him or come to him for a common cold. He is great with his Chinese herbal formulas and tailors them to treat your symptoms. Each visit, Michael has provided me with helpful advice and conversation to allow me to look at things in a different, brighter perspective. Now that I've moved out to the Bay Area I make the extra effort to drive up to 2 hours with traffic to see him because I know that my treatment will be effective.

Normally blessed with good health, for the past three months I'd been impacted by two conditions that didn't go well together. Treatment for one exacerbated the other, and vice versa. With my long-time acupuncturist having moved out of state, a friend recommended Nick and I am so glad she did. Within hours/days of the first treatment one of my conditions almost completely disappeared. And after the second treatment, the other one started to abate. Nick has a quiet, calm presence and is able to pull from all sorts of training and experiences to provide aid. And, he practices what was for me a unique form of acupuncture that really resonates.
