I came to see Jasmine early December for very painful sciatica in my right leg. Several epidermals in recent months hadn’t helped much. I had planned a 3week trip abroad in January and worried I may be very limited in my mobility there. After several sessions & home exercises I started to feel some real relief! I continued for several sessions weekly until my trip & had very little discomfort while away.I found Jasmine to be truly empathetic , varied in her interventions, & a gold mine of holistic education. I will continue with a maintenance schedule.

Wonderful surprise! Hesitant about trying chiropractic therapy because of a rough experience many years ago but I needed to get some professional eyes on my situation. Her approach focused on soft tissue first which is what I needed. Great relief after the first visit and back to my normal self after the third. She gave me exercises to do during the day to help strengthen my weak points (desk jockey). She'll be my first visit next time I'm out of sorts.
