Collaboratively discussions and patiently showing me the what, why, how, and how much, helped me understand the reason for the changes so I could contemplate the increase confidently. The work: on- and after-service - 10 I would described Alonso as an efficient perfectionist. My kitchen and sink plumbing is perfect, and the interior and exterior wall repair work look amazing. TBH he did a little beyond what I expected. So clean - 10 He left everything immaculate. Rate - fair and competitive. Save yourself time and start here first when you have plumbing needs.“

I had a horrible contractor that that basically didn’t do my kitchen sink piping correctly which caused my garbage disposal to not work properly. It was an easy fix but was worried a plumber would lie and say it was a big job. I called A-1 and they sent someone the next day! Guillermo A. was the technician. “I noticed a leak outside my townhome that was dripping right above my garage. I contacted Mr. Rooter the next day and Mariah was able to get someone to come out immediately to check out the issue. John B. was the plumber sent out to us and he was absolutely fantastic. The leak turned out to be a major issue since we weren't able to immediately identify the source. John was honest with us every step of the way and suggested we contact our homeowners insurance to get quotes prior to him continuing more work. We eventually requested for John to come back out and he fixed the issue. A lot of stucco had to be broken but John never complained or gave up - eventually finding the source of the leak! It was such a small pinhole leak that was causing the issue. He replaced the old copper piping and we haven't had any issues since. Tanya was also amazing throughout the process. She coordinated the stucco repair with an outside repairman, Fernando, who also did an amazing job. Tanya was patient with my changing schedule and limited timeline and I'm just so grateful. Overall, highly recommend working with Mr. Rooter for any of your plumbing issues! Everyone I worked with here made a stressful situation much more manageable. They're honest and go above and beyond to help you get things done correctly!“

“I was very impressed with their work. The price was very reasonable. I feel like they charged about the same as I would charge if I were them. It was very fast, very clean but they also took the time to make sure it was done very well. They tried everything they could to unclogg my drain and although they were partly successful, they gave me a quote to dig up the pipe and get it working perfectly again. They then dug it up and did the pipe work and filled it back in, all in the same day and also included another little pipe cleaning. Because of their work, I will never have the same problem again. It had been clogging every week and I would snake it over and over. Not anymore. Thank you very much.“

We had some issues with our drainage and called Beach Plumbing based on yelp reviews. Tony was accurate in assessing the issue and what needed to be done. Essentially we needed to hydrojet our pipes. Pricing was fair and scheduling was a breeze. Tony was responsive and great with explaining the process. “I had a constant drip coming from my pressure release valve and my first response was to cap it. Instead, I called a professional plumber to inquire about installing a regulator and Beach Plumbing sent Tony to my residence. After hearing my concerns, Tony checked my water pressure and determined the release valve is likely opening up due to the high PSI. Tony gave me a great quote for a regulator, one that was far less than two other local plumbers (my wife asked me to call around). Tony cut my copper pipe coming from the main line. It was bent and curved so Tony replaced it with a straight copper line, added a few angled couplers, soldered it tight, installed the new regulator and replaced the old faucet valve, all within a 2.5 hrs. His diagnostic was correct, his work was clean, and he was friendly and a professional. Great job Tony! The drip is gone and my PSi is in the correct range. This job saved my appliances from leaks and pipes from bursting. I have called Beach Plumbing twice before and they have always sent great techs and provided excellent service.

While some companies don't like taking on small jobs, Robert was quick to assure me that he could send someone out to help us that same day. He worked around my schedule and kept me updated of when his employee would arrive. The plumber he sent was able to quickly repair and answer any questions I had.
