The first three acted like it was impossible to give me a quote until they came in person for an estimate ?♂️. Finally I was able to get a quote from Daniel of JetersnDrains and quoted me for 100 bucks!! And sure enough he showed up, ran the snake through the pipe then the through the roof and ? cleared it. “We were notified by our city that we had a possible water leak, as our water meter box had been flooded. I called Ben and he was able to schedule a time to come out the following day. After some diagnostics he figured out that a portion of the main line had a pinhole leak. He gave me several options and was able to get to work the same day. “After experiencing water damage in my home, I was referred to a restoration company to help with the repairs. Their team of experts was able to quickly assess the damage and begin the necessary repairs. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and updated on the progress. “I had possibly a bad toilet flange causing a leak from the second floor toilet to the ceiling below. I wanted someone to come take a look, the same day if possbile. Called Done-Rite and they were able to send someone right away (15-20min). The tech, Logan P., arrived and troubleshot my problem. He then explained my repair options. The repair I chose could take about a couple hours to complete, but since it was late in the afternoon, Logan recommended doing it the next day, which was OK with me. I was his first appt of the next day and he came back at 8:15 as he promised. He cut out the bad flange and installed a new one so that the new one was even with the floor. The old flange was sitting too low below the floor, so maybe that was causing the wax ring not to seal good and cause a leak. Once he was done with the flange, he reinstalled the toilet, and performed mulitple flush checks to ensure there were no leaks. He worked fast, and the quallty of his work was good. There was a lot of ABS pipe "sawdust" on the floor since he had to cut the old flange out, but he cleaned up afterwards and you couldn't tell any work was done- it was nice and clean. The pricing was reasonable for the work done. I usually do a lot of DIY repairs on the house, but I wasn't comfortable working on a second floor toilet flange, where if I messed up, I could flood the ceiling below, so that's why I called a plumbing company. Overall, I was extremely happy with the company in setting up the appointment and the pricing( and with the invoice, Logan attached pictures of the work, before and after, so I'd have a record of it), and extremely happy with the service provided by Logan. I will continue to use Done-Rite in the future.“
“I called Mike yesterday after noticing water was seeping out of my flooring. He was on time, kind and cared enough to detect the issue!He was honest about the work including having to break flooring to get to the pipe but also provided some options of clearing the run off for now until the bigger issue can be addressed.He even took the time to fix the water heater issue I was having which caused only cold water to come out of one of my showers.It’s just heart warming to meet good people who don’t try and scam you out of money and actually take pride in their work. “AA Atlas installed a whole house filter water softener with a wifi shut off valve in my home. They ran about 60 ft of copper pipe from the outside of my home, under my front walkway, through the wall of the garage and up and over the doorway to the location of the water softener. They added a faucet to the outside of my home so I can access the soft water to wash my car. The work Damian did is perfect. The piping work is clean and unobtrusive in my garage. Once painted, the pipes will hardly be noticeable. They put my yard back together as if they were never there. I would 100% recommend this fabulous company.“

“We called Elite to come out and snake our main sewer lines since we have a reoccurring root infiltration issue.They were able to send out a plumber same day, unfortunately he was not the most experienced fellow and did not help our situation at all (I'll leave it at that).The same night we spoke to Elijah who scheduled a technician to come out the following day. Richard showed up on time and was able to quickly clean out our pipes and get things flowing again using his hydro jet system.
