***** HIGHLY RECOMMEND ******* I'll try not to write a book about it **I usually like to use a service several times before I leave a review to make sure good service is constant.Each time I've used the service it's been great they show up faster compared to other services.It was rather urgent last time I had to have something fixed / slump pump nightmare and it went smooth with the plumbing technician that showed up great job !! Alex JR and his team did an excellent job replacing my drain pipes and additional plumbing work! Alex walked me through the plan, answered all my questions thoroughly, and provided me detailed daily updates. Overall, I received great customer service. If you’re in need of a plumber, I’d highly recommend reaching out to Alex and his team. I will 100% be calling them for my next plumbing project.Services: Plumbing leak detection

I was having trouble with my water heater and called to get an estimate. The person on the phone was courteous and had Ricardo (plumber/technician) come out and look at the water heater. Ricardo was very professional and courteous as well. He was able to provide an estimate. Even though I decided to DIY it, I gave them 5-stars for their professionalism, courteousness and punctuality.
