We had a small problem with the water valve leading to our toilet. When I described the issue, they gave me a ballpark price for what it could end up costing if they had to cut into the wall to replace the whole fixture. When Jon came out, the fix ended up being much simpler than they expected and Jon was in and out in 20 minutes. As someone who isn't particularly handy, I'm always nervous I'll get sold on a more expensive fix than is needed. Rowin Plumbing has proven twice now that they are honest and straightforward.
