The Plumbing Authority did an amazing job with a clogged drain that no one else seemed to be able to fix! Jacob and Carlos arrived quickly and were extremely professional, polite and efficient. Jacob clearly explained the problem and gave helpful tips on how to prevent it happening again. Plumbing problems are so stressful and Jacob and Carlos made the whole situation so much easier with their calm, professional demeanors. These guys deserve a raise!Highly, highly recommend!
Plumbing Authority saved me on several occasions at multi-million dollar residential/commercial properties in the San Fernando Valley. From water heater replacements, water pressure regulators or major plumbing repipe repairs. They are always there for me after hours and weekends.Highly recommend!
I had main line sewer issues. The old pipe was falling apart and had to be replaced. Brian scoped and and diagnosed the issues and presented my options to me very clearly. His employees are very courteous and professional. I ended up having the whole sewer line replaced from the house to the street. It went under our driveway and was able to replace it without having to tear up the driveway (trenchless line replacement). Brian takes pride in his work and stands behind it. I will be going to Plumbing Authority for all my future plumbing needs.... fortunately my sewer line will not be an issue for the rest of my life!
