“Julio is really fantastic! We had an insane experience in house we rented after just a few nights here. Came down from shower and downstairs flooding from unused toilet...absolutely horrible. Filthy water pouring out of toilet into living room, kitchen, laundry area...I've never seen that happen! Found Julio while frantically trying to mop up water. He directed me how to find water shut off for house as shut off under toilet wasn't stopping flow...he got here quickly and did a VERY thorough examination of whole situation...bad pipes, big clog in line far from toilet...had camera ready and used to see into lines. If his great personality isn't enough for you to call him (and it IS!), then his expertise, professionalism, skill and knowledge should seal the deal. Very smart, thorough and charming! I had a kitchen sink clogged and I had several so called professionals come and just shuffle their feet and then ask for prices that attorney takes for a job that doesn’t take more than 30 minutes. Considering holidays are coming up and as a last resort I asked a friend who knows anyone who is competent to take care of this task. Not only Mr. Silvia’s is competent but professional and had my kitchen sink unclogged for a rate that’s better than anyone in the area…and I called many!!! Now I can wash my dishes and feel absolutely satisfied with the service and quality!“
