We are so grateful for David! After our warranty company left us without hot water for almost two weeks, David came to our rescue. He responded to our inquiry right away and was at our home within the hour, bringing a positive, can-do attitude. Even though our setup was a bit dated and required extra work, David handled it seamlessly and had the new water heater installed in under an hour. David was great. Our water heater broke on Sunday and we needed a replacement. Called about a dozen or so companies/repair people but as soon as I got David on the line, I knew he was the guy. No sales pitching, no pressure, just honest and straightforward. It made a stressful situation less stressful knowing we would have quick and honest work done. The water heater was replaced the following morning with hot water available shortly after. He was respectful, communicated well prior to, during, and after the repair, offered additional advice, and was fair priced. Highly recommended!
