“Needed a primary care Dr in the area after having a bad experience with Kaiser and switching insurances. Picked here due to good reviews, and walking proximity to home. Dr Chung's office has been able to help me with everything I've needed, or refer me to the right person.Only note would be that access to medical records and messaging via an app or website would be helpful.“
“Alyssa who picks up phone calls (reception??), NP Eric Crizer, and MD Neha Narula are the best!! So sweet and I never feel rushed, ans always feel supported and taken care of.Cannot say the same for my experience with everyone at this clinic, but the majority are wonderful too.“
“I have always had nice nurses and doctors in the normal medical office, ER, recovery, x-rays and MRI's. The staff deserve a lot more than they know and I am so thankful for them when I was in ER. They are genuine and it's not overcrowded where that can lack the quality of care. I wish there was more options in terms of scheduling appointments because sometimes it's difficult to get in the same week (with any dr). Calling the call center can be a pain as you can't just talk to your dr directly.“

“This review is about Dr. Panchal and her team.First of all, my children have been going to Dr. Panchal ever since they were little, around 4 and 3 years old. Now they are 19 and 16 and are still with this primary care doctor. Dr. Panchal is the best primary care doctor on staff and is always courteous and pays careful attention to your child's needs. She listens intently to the situation and provides the best care. I appreciate her approach to seeking out the best solution for my children's healthcare needs. The team of doctors and nurses at this location has always served patients well.“
“Dr. Cho is the most thoughtful and patient doctor I have ever worked with. It is so encouraging to have someone who truly listens and understands your health issues. What a difference from the standard MDs I've seen who only spend 10 minutes with patients and dismissed many of my concerns that turned out to be serious health issues.“
“The Santa Clara PAMF location is a bit older and not as updated as the other PAMF locations I have been to. I only come here to get lab work done as this is the closest lab to my house. I find the lab to very efficient and easy to get in and out. I recommend making an appointment prior to coming in so you can skip the line and be called in quicker. The lab only has a few chairs for waiting and is tiny in comparison to the Sunnyvale and Mountain View locations. However, in my experience, I always find the lab assistants to be fast and accurate, despite the small space. I would defiantly recommend this location for your getting your lab work done.“

“Dr Ashley Chen and Dr. Wendy Chuang are amongst the few chiropractors I trust. They are great for car injuries, muscle strain, repetitive stress injuries e.g. carpal tunnel, ergonomics. They not only treat but give you exercises to PREVENT it from happening again. They go above and beyond. I drive from the peninsula just to see them.“
