Wish I could giver zero stars. Sutter sucks. Top to bottom. Just came over from Kaiser by no choice of my own. Can't get the medicine that I need daily. I've wasted hours on this between my doctor and CVS. Stupid ass insurance won't cover my meds. So glad I lost my Kaiser where everything was easy and the people cared, including the pharmacy. If you can avoid Sutter, I would recommend it.

PAMF used to be great until Sutter bought it. Now it is terrible. Difficult to get appointments, long waits to get appointments (I've been on 6-months wait lists for several doctors), you can't reach your care team by phone (you have to go through a remote/out of state Customer Service call center to leave a message for your care team), You can't choose your primary care doctor, they assign it to you, etc. It's the McDonalds of healthcare.

We got an urgent appointment at this PAMF and I would say Never Go Here my husband was very sick they told him to go to side door and ring bell and someone will come and let you in. Well twice people came asked us several stupid questions like do u have an appointment are you sure and they would leave and not come back. They asked him originally to go to that door as he may be contagious. We got so tired of waiting we went in through the front door and checked in. Everyone I spoke to were just brain dead, or just didn't care about anything anyone or their job. The doctor was fine and she actually told us that that when u are possibly contagious out side that door is where you wait "the waiting room out side. So you are sick with fever and it's hot out and you have to stand out side in sun. No bench to sit on just stand there well he is in his 70 and sick. No one informed us of any of this. The worst experience ever. Do not go to this place.
