We got an urgent appointment at this PAMF and I would say Never Go Here my husband was very sick they told him to go to side door and ring bell and someone will come and let you in. Well twice people came asked us several stupid questions like do u have an appointment are you sure and they would leave and not come back. They asked him originally to go to that door as he may be contagious. We got so tired of waiting we went in through the front door and checked in. Everyone I spoke to were just brain dead, or just didn't care about anything anyone or their job. My prior review wasn't for Santa Clara location, but Mountain View, fyi, fwiw.I do not know why it's posted under Santa Clara, as I didn't choose that location. Further would add, years ago, family member needed a breath test and tech had us complete the test instead of doing it themselves. We had trouble unsealing plastic container and had to flag somebody down to open it and staff couldn't open it either, breathe into it etc. seal it again. A lot of time elapsed and there might have been a time limit, weren't sure it was sealed properly, but tech just took it and said fine. The Santa Clara PAMF location is a bit older and not as updated as the other PAMF locations I have been to. I only come here to get lab work done as this is the closest lab to my house. I find the lab to very efficient and easy to get in and out. I recommend making an appointment prior to coming in so you can skip the line and be called in quicker. The lab only has a few chairs for waiting and is tiny in comparison to the Sunnyvale and Mountain View locations. However, in my experience, I always find the lab assistants to be fast and accurate, despite the small space. I would defiantly recommend this location for your getting your lab work done.
