They did quality work and the work was done timely. “Rolly is amazing!!!! His whole crew were wonderful. I have 2 boys under 5 and they insisted on watching and “helping” the guys work on the house. Rollys crew was so patient with them and even took 5 mins to play with them.
We initially thought it was going to take 3-4 days, it ended up taking 7ish days. I ended up adding some framing around the windows to modernize our 70’s house, and there was a lot of stucco cracks and wood rot that needed to be fixed. But let me tell you, my house is COMPLETELY caulked up. His crew even came out on the weekend to get more work done!! Rolly is super easy to get a hold of and even texted me back late one night when I was still deciding on colors and trying to get HOA approval. They use Sherwin Williams paint and if you go to the store they can do paint consultations.
I have recommended Sunset to everyone I know. I’m pretty sure they have done at least 10 houses in my immediate neighborhood.“
