I promise you will be so glad you did!I have 3 years of experience in interior design sales and I remodeled (painted, removed and reinstalled flooring) the office of my old brick and mortar, by myself. So I have an extensive background in this industry and know what great and terrible work looks like. Bogdan went above and beyond my expectations!Our hot water heater burst and flooded my bathroom and the entire closet of my bedroom. The bathroom had to be completely demoed and remodeled and part of the floors and walls of my bedroom had to be replaced. Every service person our insurance company sent was unprofessional and damaged something additional. We finally found Bogdan and he came out to give us a quote the next day. His quote was the most thorough and affordable of the 4 we received (and it included repairs for the things the service people had damaged). He also took time to ask us about what we wanted and to explain the entire process of what to expect. Even better, he said he could start in 48 hours. All the other contractors were stating ambiguous start times or saying it could be up to 2 months out.I was out of town for an entire week during the construction and my elderly parents were working with Bogdan while I was gone. He literally looked after them like they were his parents and communicated with me every step of the way. He and his team were so professional, honest, kind and fair. They treated us with so much respect and care, that they literally felt like family (you know...your favorite uncle and cousins).The work they did was so professional, polished and absolutely gorgeous. Their attention to detail was highly impressive and there was nothing they forgot or left unnoticed. I would say that they made us whole again after a tragedy...but that wouldn't be true...they left us BETTER than we were before the flood!We are already talking about future projects that we want to hire Bogdan and his team to do!
