The sub-contractors she hires are people she has worked with for years and who she trusts to do an excellent job. She holds everyone's feet to the fire, too! They built a casita (ADU) for us and, while they were here, we engaged them to have our roof replaced, a driveway added, a retaining wall and a pathway. The casita is beautiful. It was completed on time and on budget. The work is first class in every way. We absolutely could not be happier! If you are remodeling or needing to build something, you will not go wrong contracting with this great team. We are so glad we did.“

“They build yards to last they have been in business over 60years! The irrigation and drainage work is state of the art. Recapture of ground water and water savings with controller and heads. They don’t cut corners and build decks to ponds and pavers, stamped concrete and outdoor barbecues. The night lights make the yard enjoyable in evening. One project at time.“

From start to finish, we worked with Kari, Lance and her team to have the most beautiful dream home that we hope to enjoy for years.
