“I have found the staff to be very caring and helpful. I highly recommend them for you pet.“
“I took my newly adopted dog for spay procedure to Eden Pet Hospital. Very nice people and quick help with all the details explained. Dog came back in a very good condition, not traumatized and calm. The incision is minimal compared to my previous dog’s experience, should heal fast.“
“My dog Polley received all the necessary treatments, and Dr. Chaudhri provided me with a detailed explanation of concerns related to Polley's behaviors. The team also offered helpful guidance on how to manage these behaviors at home, ensuring her well-being. Highly recommend!! Thank you AMCP“
“It's Dr. Barrett. I wish we would have met him a long time ago. Trixie had some issues with her teeth and found Canyon. As with any veterinarian clinic, it costs extra for "emergency" visits. Thankfully we were not in that mode. We made a 1st time appointment brought her in and the teeth were cleaned and a tooth was removed. Dr. Barrett explained the whole thing up front. No B.S. and a very nice "bedside manners". Thank you Dr. Barrett again for our 3rd visit just to pick up meds for 4th of July anxiety. My dogs do not like fireworks. They shake, require holding and comforting for several hours while the population attempts to light off every firework that came off off the largest container ships that came into the Port. After the meds, Lola's stress reduced by 97% while Trixie was at least 90% until our neighbors started launching mortars in the street out front, bringing the experience to a whole new level. We didn't call em, but somebody did. And the show ended prematurely, and that was ok with us. We adopted Lola a few months ago. She going to get a cleaning soon. Dr. Barrett did a super job on Trixe, and after 3 visits (it actually only took one) if someone asks me where to go? Easy, Canyon Veterinarian Hospital!“
“Brought Fred in for allergies, red skin from scratching, and rabies shot. Everyone was so sweet with Fred, our terrier/dachshund/poodle/ Heinz 57 mix, with really bad anxiety, and a snapper. When Dr. Alexander came in and put her hands on Fred, he immediately stopped shaking. Incredible! She's been our family vet for as long as she's been at Alisal, and is very knowledgeable and kind.“
“When I got to the clinic, the veterinarians and the text were really kind and I was very upset and they basically called me down and they were here and basically were there for me when my baby died.“
“Dr. Garg and the staff at AHP are kind, caring, and professional. They are very knowledgable and open to sharing their experience in service providing excellent care for animals. AHP is an attentive, trustworthy, and comfortable place to visit for routine checkups and extra services and our family greatly appreciates Dr. Garg and everyone at Animal Hospital of Pleasanton! Thank you so much!“
“I recently discovered Groveway Pet Hospital, and I'm grateful that I did. My initial visit was to have my male Standard Poodle euthanized, and Dr. Powell and Erica spoiled and pampered him, helping him gracefully and peacefully leave. Throughout the experience, I was treated with compassion and understanding. My second visit was with my 6-month-old Standard Poodle puppy, who needed immediate care. Dr. Powell and Erica, again, to the rescue! The Clinic's drop-off option worked beautifully for them to see her, diagnose her condition, and initiate treatment. My puppy made a mess of their floors on the way in, and everyone was extremely gracious about not only mopping up after her, but also giving her a cleaning. Dr. Powell called, thoroughly discussed the problem and provided clear steps on what to do for my puppy to heal. The team was extremely efficient, kind, and conscientious. I can tell you that my puppy, who'd only been to this clinic with the euthanizing of the other dog, ran straight for the front door, so this team is also Standard Poodle approved!“
“AWESOME, COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THING ABOUT MARGO AND STAFF. THANK THANK THANK YOU SOME MUCH.“
“We have nothing but praise for the staff and the care here. We started going here for physical therapy for a 13 year old dog at Canine Rehabilitation Center. He had arthritis and was also receiving treatment for cancer at SAGE. The physical therapy work they with him made a huge difference. The cancer ended up taking him, but he had very happy, energetic and enjoyable live up until the end.

We now use Muller as our primary vet for two dogs. The vet we were using previously was bought by Thrive and the quality/availability of care became unreliable. The prices are reasonable and the staff are great.“
“My dog got euthanized in this clinic. The vet and the staff are very kind and empathetic. They helped us with the process and gave us time for our family to stay with our dog for the very last time. They gave us hair clippings of our dog and even placed it in small bottles that can be used as key chains. They also help us arrange for the cremation and urn. Within a week, we received our beloved dog's cremains. Shout out to Dr. Singer and Kai for giving such an exceptional care and support for our family and our beloved dog!“
“Great customer service and referrals. They are backed up 16 weeks, but they were so nice and accommodating with referrals, suggestions, and information. I hope I can get my pup in one day. I want to apologize for my misinformation. The rehabilitation program for this vet is backed up by 16 weeks, not the hospital itself.“
“Such an amazing staff! I sadly had to put my dog down yesterday after 15 years of having her. The staff was so empathetic and willing to work with me. I can't remember the doctors name but she was truly amazing and supportive. They saw that I wanted the ashes but knew it was too much so I opted out, she came back into the room and told me that she will help with the finances and I will be getting her ashes. I can't thank the staff of this place enough. It was such a hard day but this staff was truly amazing. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to this staff for everything.“
“First, the price. This is a specialist for pets. We're going up a tier from a conventional veterinarian. The price is going to be high, there's just no way around that. I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford it. So as an aside, if your monthly budget can take the hit, consider pet insurance. I was referred to D4A by my regular veterinarians at East Hills in Antioch as one of my cats had developed a severe overgrooming problem they weren't able to get a handle on. I had to be waitlisted for months to get an appointment. It was unfortunate but again, I get it. My actual experience? Very positive. Allie can be a fractious cat with some vets, but she was apparently very well behaved here. Dr. Wendy Terry is *wonderful.* She and the D4A staff are *thorough.* The appointment time was long but I never felt like it was wasted time. And I was struck by Dr. Terry's approach: very knowledgeable, very communicative, and very warm. They will send you home with detailed information on what's going on with your pet, what your treatment plan is, and what to do if you run into problems. When I did run into issues, Dr. Terry went out of her way to call me during the evening and spent a good fifteen minutes of her off hours working out our next steps with Allie. I can't speak to the negative experiences other people seem to have had. It's entirely possible there's a staff member here that I never interacted with who just straight up sucks. I just know my experience with the staff and especially Dr. Terry was very positive.“
“I appreciate the personal touch from all the staff. They remember my dogs’ names, they remember my name. It helps that there appears to be a low staff turnover - always the same friendly faces!“
