The people at Sage are amazing. You will definitely pay a premium price but if it is necessary to save your animal then it's something you have to do as an owner. We have nothing but good things to say about the doctors here are so friendly and even give you options to lower costs.
My older cat unfortunately had a cardiac event and we had to make the decision to put him down. The team at Sage, from the receptionist who greeted me, to the nurse and doctor who gave me clear information and supported me in making the hard decision, were all amazing. We've always used Sage for emergencies and they've always been great.
I brought my dog in for an emergency situation on a Friday evening and SAGE took her in right away. The staff was outstanding, especially Dr. Alyssa Lee--she was able to make a diagnosis quickly and was so patient, caring, kind, and explained everything so clearly. My dog is recovering well and I can't thank SAGE and Dr. Lee enough.
